The team here are always really lovely and friendly, and treatment has always been great. I would never take my pets anywhere else! The only thing I do wish was that they were able to consider instalments/payment breakdowns for costs, because I recently had to take out a personal loan to cover my cats bill. Hopefully this is something CC will be able to do in future because I do worry about affording future bills, especially with the recession and cost of living crisis.

We have been using companion care for many years and find them to be very affordable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We can always get an appointment quickly and they offer superb pay monthly plans for general health such as boosters/parasite treatments. Easy to park and very handy that they are located inside pets at home

Saved my catās life when she had a severe hairball choking incident. They were immediately ready when we rushed her in - she was blue, limp and entering hypoxia, but now a week later she is good as new! They were extremely kind and thorough with their care, calling to update throughout the night and the cost was actually lower than they initially said. I wouldnāt hesitate to recommend them for a minute :) thank you!

Russell was so good with our dog Jango when we had an emergency visit last night. Clearly knew what he was doing and took so much time and care with Jango. The service was thorough, thoughtful and incredibly reassuring. The cost was very good considering it was the middle of the night and the level of time and care that was given. Jango is on the mend and we are very relieved that we were able to be seen straight away by this out of hours vet.

Thank you so much to all the staff at the hospital who cared for our darling Lola, especially Sally. You were all amazing and understood totally what we were going thro. When it came to helping Lola over the rainbow bridge, Sally couldn't of been more lovely. We felt blessed that at the end she was dealt with by loving, caring people. It will take a long time to get over our loss and life will never be the same without Lola but you all made an awful, sad situation a little more bareable. X

Very good vet for my pet love the healthy pet club so much make a big difference They look after herper so well when she had the operation Spading give her good care when she had uterus infection they give good care from it with her I rushed her in the next day I thought something bad happened to her. It was a false alarm and they was so friendly on the phone when I called them. They were keeping me calm on the phone when I was panicking Iāve got seen soon I got there they took me straight in when they said she was fine and you did the right thing they give me great care they all love harper and friendly when they see her š¾

The Caterham Cats Hotel is an amazing place. My two boys Ace and Merlin spent 10 days there and were so well looked after. Merlin, was an unique case, he was recovering a major post RTA trauma and operation and required a special care. Emma, Kerstin and Tanya plus all the veterinary and night staff of the hospital made sure he was comfortable and well looked after. We received daily updates with pictures of our boys which kept our mind at peace. I donāt think there is any other place in the UK like this. I just canāt thank enough to all for looking after my boys. They returned home happy if a little spoiled demanding as much attention as they received in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, if you need to leave your kitties behind, this is the best place. Thank you to all at Caterham Village Cat Hotel, particularly Emma, Kerstin and Tanya. ššš

Lovely staff! -was a bit early and even offered a hot drink ! So pleased it's been my vets for 18 years with the 3 dogs have had now and before --well done to all of you !

I arrived at around 4pm with my cat whoād dislodged a tooth and part of his gum. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and seen soon after by a lovely lady vet. After the initial triage he was taken in for surgery and within a couple of hours we were on our way home with essential medications and follow up advice. Heās now on the mend and I canāt thank the staff enough for their kindness and speedy response. I would definitely recommend this vetās clinic and itās a real comfort knowing thereās an out of hours emergency service available. Many thanks to all involved in my catās care!

Such a great team! We had to take our beautiful dog Marley to this branch a month ago. They were so helpful and compassionate. Unfortunately our beautiful girl didnāt make it. But the care and warmth was plain to see and feel right to the end. I knew she was cared for with nothing but love, itās made this horrific experience bearable.

Vets Now were fast to respond to my cat emergency and the vet and the receptionist were reassuring. Whilst i am able to afford the fee i think Ā£300 before youāre seen puts the service out of reach for some clients.

Recently took my dog in for a stomach illness/upset on a Sunday - as my usual vets was closed. The service was very fast, from getting an online web chat appointment within minutes, to getting a face to face review within half an hour after (including travel). The staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They not only took care of my dog, but also myself when I got a little emotional when leaving the establishment. My dog was brought back to average health (still a bit tired and woozy from her ordeal) after approx 11hrs of IVFT. I will say that OOH vet care is a little expensive, but for the health of our fur babies, it all becomes worth it. I could not fault the service and the staff are worth their weight in gold. Always keeping us updated throughout the day on how the treatment was coming along until pick up time.
