I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. I just wanted to let you know like me if your finding it hard to find a vet's that treat tortoise's Please give them a ring I managed to have appointment booked within a few days My time there with Mikey was perfect thank you so much for all your care

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. They even send me a beautiful card to me after my baby's has passed. I wish I had found this beautiful vets years ago. Thank you to the wonderful team at this veterinary kind regards Mrs Reid. ❤️

We attended the practice for a second opinion. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Andy, at Banstead Village Surgery. From the moment we walked in, the reception team was welcoming and friendly (which is very rare nowadays). Andy took time to go through everything in detail, and making sure my pet felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

My dog was hit by a car, and we drove directly to this practice. They acted immediately and professionally like a priority A&E casualty, as you would hope they would in that situation. I felt like a priority and was treated perfectly. They saved my dog!

This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. The team is consistently professional and compassionate, making both Felix and us feel at ease. They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. They took the time to explain every detail of Felix's treatment and answered all our questions thoroughly. Felix is always treated with kindness and attention, which puts our minds at ease. Myself and my partner recently lost our first fur baby, Rodney the hamster. Kriek and Gibson have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process, treating all of us, including Rodney, with immeasurable respect and sensitivity. We are forever thankful that the staff at Kriek and Gibson allowed Rodney’s last moments to be safe and full of comfort.

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. Dealt with the loss of our pet with respect and care. Even once our little one had passed on, we still heard from them with cards and even a paw print that we never asked for, but are very grateful for. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at the vets.

I came to Carewell having taken on a very poorly young puppy I was seen by two of the vets at the Practice who gave us the most outstanding care throughout. During closed periods I had constant contact with the vet while my puppy was critically ill. He was giving me advice and comfort during those difficult times unfortunately, our Puppy who only weighed 400 g lost his fight and passed away however the comforting words and Care that we received during his short life was absolutely outstanding. I then received a sorry for your loss card with kind words from the team at Care Well I feel this Practice genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make that known. Thank you for all that you did to help us, and I will definitely use you again in the future lots of love, Mary RIP little Oreo x

Visited last week when it was time to say goodbye to our beloved cat Dave and I can’t praise the team highly enough, especially the two vets who compassionately managed everything from start to finish and the lovely receptionist who greeted and said goodbye to us warmly and sympathetically and sensitively declined to take payment as we were leaving saying that payment could be settled later. This was all in stark contrast to when we said goodbye to Dave’s sister a couple of years previously when our vet was part of a large chain. There we were left feeling rushed, and very much processed and needless to say there was a much bigger bill to settle there and then. In summary I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Carewell and I really hope this practice goes from strength to strength as it fully deserves to.

As a veterinary practice, Carewell Vets stands head and shoulders above others in the area. The recent care given in the lead up to and during surgery for my cat has been exemplary, as always. Benefitting from being an independent practice, it is clear all staff genuinely care for their customers and their pets. I would highly recommend them.

First visit with Whimpy Westie for booster. Very clean premises, staff friendly and welcoming, efficient and helpful. Ted impressed with attention and treats and didn't notice injection going in. Fees clearly displayed on website where appointments can be booked.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. They were recommended to me back in 2010 when we had our first rescue staffie called Annie who loved going to Blackberry vets. Sadly she passed so we have adopted another rescue who isn’t so keen to visit Blackberry due to her anxiety so we are going to book some socialiation visits.

Has been great bringing my puppy to Blackberry, they've made her happy to visit the vets, suggested we bring her when she doesn't need it so she gets used to it not being scary. reception staff give her a fuss and a treat if they're free.

I have had nothing but a positive experience from Blackberry vets in my 15 years as a dog owner. Friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate staff who love the animals. I have never had any issues obtaining an appointment when required, plenty of parking and lovely surroundings. Very happy to recommend.

Very caring and professional, our Cockapoo Willow went there last Friday to be spayed. She was well looked after and when we went to pick her up in the evening we were given an appraisal of how her surgery went, the after care necessary and what to do in the event we needed out of hours care. Unfortunately when they brought Willow out of the recovery area she had a slight turn for the worse and caused some concern for the team there who re-assessed her condition, they eventually were happy for us to take her home but asked us to go back on Saturday to let them check her. Pleased to say she is doing really well and happy to be home. I would say this place seems while we were there to be really busy and it has very limited parking available on site so you may have to be dropped off or park on a side road. We take Willow to their branch in Bookham normally but they don't do surgery there hence going to Dorking on this occasion. We've used Brelades for years for various animals we've had and always received excellent care and compassion.

Highly recommend this veterinary practice. I have a rescue cat who is very nervous and historically has been traumatised by vet visits. Annika, one of the vets, is wonderful - a 'cat whisperer' of sorts - and manages to settle our rescue straightaway. The reception staff are also fab and show compassion and care. Delighted to have found Crown vets.

Blown away completely by this practice and the lovely caring staff. After a horrendous ordeal with my precious dog I called and asked for an emergency. Documents transferred and was seen immediately. The compassion, help, understanding and care we received was tenfold. I recommend this lovely practice to anyone. Such an amazing experience, such ease and super friendly. They put my dog first and treated her like she was their only patient.

A big thanks to everyone here. My cat was in a bad way and had to rush him to the closest vets. Despite not being registered they welcomed him in after giving sound advice over the phone. They administered life saving care and helped get a referral quickly to the Norths Down Referrals for further treatment. All while being calm and professional. My usual Vet had no availability for a week to trim my rabbits nails and they were in desperate need. I called around a few other Vets and understandably, some would not see me without me leaving my current Vet and registering with them instead which I won't do for various reasons. The Corner had no problem offering this one time service but treated me like I was a lifelong customer. So friendly, kind, professional and reasonably priced. They trimmed both my rabbits in minutes with the upmost care and made it look so easy. Will be using them all the time for trimming. Thank you and see you next month! X
