I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

I moved to this vets after a bad experience with Margetts Vets. Wallace in particular has been SO helpful, as all the other staff I have seen and spoken to. They sorted out my cat Alfie's eye problem, which it looks so much better. Plus they did not want to rip me off like Margetts. I wish I had come to these sooner. The only 'minor thing' is the parking, which sometimes you can park for free directly outside, which I done for 10-15 when dropping/picking Alfie up. Thank you for helping Alfie live a better life

We needed to get our little Lurcher Luna Spayed, we found The Manor Veterinary surgery on the Net We phoned and actually got a human that actually answered the phone in less than a minute. We inquired how much the price would be, it's was over a hundred pounds less than our old vets. We booked her in and she went in for her Op. We couldn't be happier with her treatment and after care. But what impressed me the most was the waiting room was separated for dogs and cats, lowering anxiety of both owners and their Pets. Took my cat for his first visit at Manor Vets in Chatham today, having ended my contract with his previous practice. The experience was great! Great little vets (part of a big group) all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Newly improved the Cobham branch, it has two entrances. One for Cats and one for Dogs - big improvement. Very smart and modern and have everything you need from a vets. They take the time to explain everything. Seem to be fair priced. Always gives our little kitten great care. Would recommend.

Lovely vet practise, really recommend it. Giles genuinely cares. He just did an animal health cert for us to take our dog abroad, he had clearly put a lot of effort in to it to get it right (they’re v tricky!), was really well organised. He gives good advice and obviously knows his stuff!

Meopham veterinary hospital saw my six month old English Bull Terrier within an hour of me contacting them. I was seriously concerned about his condition which had deteriorated frighteningly quickly. On arrival we were attended to immediately, his history reviewed, temperature taken and informed as to how the diagnosis and treatment would proceed. After some hours in hospital (with plenty of affection from staff) he was allowed home for the night with an arranged appointment for the following morning. Fortunately he appeared slightly better and agreed that close monitoring was now needed and a prompt return to hospital should we feel it necessary. No extra medication was suggested. Thank you, from a very grateful and relieved owner.

Highly Recommended - Great First Experience! We recently registered our Cavapoochon, Flo (Florence), with Meopham Vets and were thoroughly impressed with our first visit. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. Vet Megan, in particular, stood out for being incredibly informative and helpful. Flo felt completely at ease with her, which was such a delight to see. I just turned up at their door quite late in the evening as I thought my dog Kai was choking, they saw me straight away, he had kennel cough & 3 days later I again just turned up & was seen within 10 mins, Kai had pneumonia & was admitted, they couldn’t have been more helpful, kind & got him on the mend within a day. Highly recommended by myself & Kai

This Pets at home is probably the best Vet you can find around. The staff is super friendly (Especially Dawn). We've been customer for many years, and every-time they have been helpful, from the receptionist, vet nurse, vet... well everyone. And I can tell we do go there often, not by choice... but clearly our dogs must be coordinated between each others which one is the next one to need a consultation... on a monthly basis.

We rung the practice and explained what had happed to Bonnie. She was able to be booked in that same day even though we didn’t ring up at the opening time of the practice. The vet was really nice and explained clearly and sensitively the options we had for Bonnie. She was given treatment straight away and sent home with further treatment that was clearly explained to us how to use. Bonnie was able to be booked in for emergency surgery for the next day and is now recovering well.

Amazing, caring and compassionate Vets. Having to say goodbye to my shadow was one of the toughest things to do but the staff at the Shrubbery were super supportive throughout the entire process. They cared for him from a pup to a ripe old age with his checkups and boosters which he always loved as going there meant a fuss being made of him. When the time is right we will be back with a new addition to the family but for now it’s hugs all round to you beautiful people. X
