My precious Tyger was referred to Davies as there was a problem with one of his eyes and our own Vet had said the eye would probably be have to be removed 😞 We were treated with empathy and the staff were so caring and treated Tyger with such care and concern.The process for Tyger was explained from start to finish and concern was shown to myself too. Tyger had surgery and is now at home making a good recovery my heart felt thanks to all at Davies for the caring treatment of Tyger 😻

Excellent specialist centre with professional specialists. Detailed diagnosis given along with kindness and care to my pet Florence who is a very anxious little dog. Julian was very thorough, explained the procedure and diagnosis in detail, has followed up with us since leaving with advice and blood results. Highly recommend for complex animal health issues and specialised care.

First class. I immediately felt complete confidence with the woman vet who treated my dog and, more importantly, he felt relaxed as he was being examined. I knew he was in safe hands. Stars off the scale.

Genuinely blown away but this outstanding facility and all the lovely happy staff that work here. Our sausage was admitted for investigative work today and the love and support received for her was amazing. Our vet Sophie was remarkable. So kind and caring but clearly very knowledgeable and excellent at her job and able to relay information in a really understandable way. For the first time ever I had no problem leaving my little sausage as I knew in my heart she was going to be so loved and looked after and she definitely was. She’s a very anxious soul and she was unusually happy at this vets and not obviously shaking and anxious like she usually would be. The reception team were also fantastic and incredibly friendly. Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

Malcolm was, as always, great with my dog, another successful visit.

Had an emergency trip this week as my pet had eaten raisins. Had fantastic treatment, very professional but also kind and understanding.

They took very good care of our cat. I was dealt with very sensitively when sadly we had to put him to sleep.

I called the surgery out of hours for an emergency regarding my dog and Jo was excellent assisting me followed by her colleague who removed a stuck toy from my dogs mouth. Kind, friendly and understanding. Highly impressed and greatly appreciative. Thank you!

TLDR; fab staff, who genuinely love the animals, excellent consultations My cocker spaniel has been registered with Wendover Heights since I got him and every visit has been superb. The staff are welcoming and friendly and they genuinely love meeting all the animals. I take Ralph annually for a checkup and his vaccinations and he gets fussed and loved and bribed with biscuits (which makes his day!) Even when I've had to take him for emergency or more urgent visits, the same level of love and fussing is given to him and I genuinely believe he doesn't worry about being at the vets. The surgery is always clean and presentable, the examination rooms are spotless too. During consultations, the staff have always explained what they are doing and why, and they always make sure that I, as the owner, am happy with any treatment or procedures. I wouldn't take Ralph (or any other pet) anywhere else now!

We have taken our pets to WHVC for years. Recently they helped us to send our 20 year old pet baby to heaven; this is never easy, but Anna and her assistant were amazing, helping us through a very difficult time, and making it pain free and peaceful for our pet. We are very grateful indeed. They have always been professional and helpful throughout.

I recently had to have my dog put to sleep. When I arrived at the vets, there was a notice and lit candle on reception to say if the candle is lit someone is upset as they are having there dog put to sleep. This is such a lovely thing to do. The vet and nurse were amazing, very sympathic.

Such a wonderful practice. All staff are so welcoming and compassionate. We have had 2 dogs as ‘clients’ of theirs and you can tell they truly love animals. This is so important as they always have their best interests in mind in all that they do!

Lovely & compassionate staff. We had to use them recently for our bulldog who’s experiencing some eye problems. The service we received here was amazing and you can tell how much they care for your animal. Special thanks to Gillian for talking us through all options and reassuring us on our efforts to help treat our girl.

Fabulous people and very attentive.We moved our pets here after various friends recommended them. Also you don't get that super-pushy feeling that so many big corporate vet groups seem to behave like. We needed to use them yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism and care they provided !!

The best veterinary surgery I have used, very glad I found them. They have taken amazing care of all my cats, some of which have some health problems and I could not be happier with springwell's care. Even through a time where i had to let one of them go due to illness, the staff showed such compassion from start to finish. You are all greatly appreciated by our community. I was also very happy to see the recent work you put in to ensure it remains as an independent vets. Thank you for all you do for our furry family members through the good times and the bad.

These people can't be praised enough. The staff are all friendly and professional. The location is a bit out of the way but is a lovely setting. But most of all they are proper vets more concerned about the welfare of the animals above all else. I refuse to take my pets anywhere else. So should you.

I’ve been to a number of vets throughout the years and Hope have set the bar incredibly high. We recently relocated from the UK to Dubai with our chihuahua Kobe and they were incredibly caring & supportive throughout. We worked closely with Sara during the process and she is one in a million. Took our new puppy there after bringing him home at 8 weeks. Every interaction I have had with Hope Vets has been excellent. As a first time dog owner, the team at Hope Vets have been so helpful, and provided reassurance and guidance when needed. No question is too silly or unimportant to them. I can't underline how nice it is to be dealing with such people. Our pup is very young and was invited to Hope Vets free puppy socialisation classes. The format of the classes is quite informal, which makes for a nice and chilled atmosphere. Three sessions are provided, taking between 30-60 mins depending on the energy levels of the pups. This was an excellent opportunity to help our puppy get used to meeting other dogs in a safe environment. Gentle encouragement, toys and even some yummy treats were provided. It was also an opportunity to meet with owner puppy owners to exchange stories and advice. Quick shout out to Lizzy who was running the classes, we found them very useful! I cannot fault the facilities or services provided. Aside from the socialisation classes, our pup's first check up was also stress free and informative. On site you can find ample parking. Inside, it's also possible to browse a small selection of Kong toys, lickimats, and pet food. Prices are all reasonable.

Friendly and caring vets. Make you feel confident in the care provided and don't push treatments and tests that are not necessary as happened with our previous vet. Very happy with them.

Could not recommend this veterinary surgery highly enough. They’ve always been kind and caring looking after my much loved cat over the years. When he was sick they really pulled out all the stops to give him the best treatment and care. Today sadly at 17 years old, he had to be put to sleep and again the team at Animalism were fantastic not just with my pet but with his blubbering mum! Took our 1 year old cat Newt here for his vaccines. The vet who did them was so lovely and friendly and really good with him (he is a nervous one!). Easy to book over the phone. This is my first experience of the vets as a new pet owner but was really easy and they were so good with him (and me)! Lovely staff and was seen for both our appointments promptly.

We love this surgery, they care for animals big and small, from operating on our tiny hamster to helping us take care of our rescue hound. A calming waiting area with separate spaces for cats and dogs put our dog at ease on his first visit. Medivet offer a great medical subscription package which we'll be signing up for and offer high quality food and toys for pets in store.

Super helpful and friendly. I honestly can't see how anyone could care for your pet better, and they aren't wildly expensive either. If doctors were this good, we wouldn't have an NHS crisis

I really like the overall look and feel of the clinic and the staff. Both the receptionist and the vets are always friendly and professional and very patient with my cat. Prices are fair too! Highly recommended!

One of the very few places open on a Sunday that were able to help ease a rather difficult weekend by attending to a situation that was was tough. The vet that attended to us was a straight 10/10 and we are grateful for all her support. The centre looks to be a really nice setup and the staff appear to genuinely care of the animals.

My cat Albus was very poorly & Village Vet worked tirelessly to diagnose & treat him. He was in their hospital all weekend & the vets (Jennifer D & Anna) kept me informed of his condition throughout the weekend, and they were compassionate & kind to me (as a very distressed pet owner!) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this vet surgery

Outstanding care received today for our beagle Rosie from Ella. She was absolutely brilliant with her and listened to all our concerns and worked through them methodically. She handled Rosie with kindness and compassion but also knew when it was time to get the job done. Thank you Ella for your expertise and for also making the experience warm and heartfelt. We are truly grateful.

I can't fault them. They managed to register and fit my cat in late on a Saturday afternoon before they went in to out of hours. The vet was wonderful and explained everything including payment and claims. Etta is now with them overnight after breaking a toe (of all things lol) and they have updated me as promised. I have been looking for a good vet since moving here not too long ago. We will be staying.

This local, independently owned surgery is outstanding! My older dog recently had dental surgery. I cannot be happier with the results and treatment she received. The vets are excellent at communicating and support staff go above and beyond to care for your pets. Highly recommend:)

St John’s Vets have been absolutely amazing in looking after my miniature schnauzer, Adonis (Donnie!). The team is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure Donnie receives the best care possible.
