After using other vets in the area for about 10 years, we came to Silva house about 25+years ago. We've fostered dogs, adopted dogs and had our own from pups. Never had a problem with the team, who have all gone out of the way to help us, even turning out at 11.30 pm to see our 16 year old dog who had a stroke. A week ago we had our 15 year old, who we felt had had enough put to sleep. The care, kindness and compassion shown was fantastic much respect to them all, I couldn't do their job! Yes the work going on there at present can be a pain I guess, but for the caring way we've been treated I can't fault them. Long may they continue.

This is by far the best vet ever! We have a poorly dog called Dior with epilepsy they are all sooo compassionate and passionate about their job and only want the best for our dog not about the money and how much things cost which is very rare to find. even the receptionists all go above and beyond and ask even how we are when we arrive which means so much to us! Thankyou all so so much and I'm so happy that we moved to you xxx

We’ve been bringing our pup for pets club checks since we got him and we’ve always had a good service. Daniela the vet nurse was so friendly today and took time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable. Reception are always friendly too!
