Update! Amazing team! Everyone has been so kind, caring & helpful! Thankyou So Much for all the expertise - advice - support - care We got to make extra 6 months of memories with our beloved Bennie! Bennie's 3 sons will also benefit from same level of care too! Good not only for regular checks but offers much needed specialist care! One of my Chihuahuas need to see a cardiologist & being disabled myself I needed to find one local to our home... luckily Mildmay had one available & kindly agreed to see him! I was a wreck & they were lovely - took care of everything! Got indepth information of what was going wrong & their plan to help sort my Chi out!

I can't recommend Mildmay Veterinary Hospital highly enough! Every vet and nurse we've encountered has been exceptionally friendly, attentive, and caring toward my dog, Momo, putting both of us at ease with their gentle approach. The reception staff are wonderfully sincere and responsive, always quick to assist with inquiries and make bookings convenient and stress-free. Each visit has been a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the warm, professional environment they maintain. We’ve been working with Shelley to get our rescue dog in the door after bad associations built up at our last vet. Today, Trixie happily let Shelley cut her rear dew claws and I am over the moon with how far she’s come after around 5 visits. The confidence clinic is an amazing service that all vets should have and the response to our little bag of nerves is in stark contrast to other vets!

I was not registered with Mildmay when my dog started having a heart attack aged 15years- my own vet in fairoak didn’t pick up their emergency number and then became engaged- I phoned Mildmay and they couldn’t have been more supportive- the nurse on the phone was so kind and reassuring and the care I received as they had to put him down was the best I have ever had- he is the 8th dog I have owned. Can’t praise this team enough and will register my next dog with them when I am ready to get one.

I had an excellent experience with this vets. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The vet who tended to Koko was exceptionally kind and gentle. He handled her with great care and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It is evident that Koko is in good hands, and I truly appreciate the compassionate treatment she received. I highly recommend this surgery.

After visiting Vets now Bittern, we were directed to the Winchester Branch as they has a smaller work load. We were greeted by Milly, Lucy and Candice. They were extremely empathic and made us and our dog at ease. They promptly checked our dog's wound and did blood tests. They were very knowledgeable and we could feel that they cared. The service was excellent. I highly recommend the practice.

Excellent service from start to finish. Obviously extremely expensive, but trust our dog to steal and eat grapes on a Sunday! The receptionist, vet and nurses were all lovely and treated us and our dog very kindly.

Very efficient service starting from the initial phone call to leaving the surgery. The staff were all very friendly with a calming nature which is lovely when you yourself are anxious about your pet. I also liked the fact that we were welcomed at the door and reassured that nothing was too much trouble. I only gave four stars because the out of hours costs were quite high BUT we were given the amount at the initial phone call and like a large proportion of owners you cannot put a price on your pet

I changed my furry baby's vet because Brunswick Place Veterinary Clinic was recommended to me. The best vet clinic in Basingstoke. And yes!!!! It is true, they are very professional and know how to take good care of your pet, the attention that this clinic gives is spectacular, they are very kind and lovely with the animals. Now I know that my dog Happy is in the best hands of the best professionals. A clinic of the highest standard. I recommend it 100%.

Had the best experience after my very old dog became poorly. I was seen quickly and all staff were extremely polite. Everything was well explained and I was given time to think about decisions. Unfortunately she did not get better despite excellent care and attention from the vet Julia. The staff fit me into the last visit of the day to give me some time and she was put to sleep with lots of care and attention. I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind.

The Barn Animal Hospital is a great Vet's they are always on hand to help you with any problems you have and the staff esp the Vets are soo lovely and very good with the patience and the owners. Took me a while to write this... Unfortunately had to have my baby pts..💔...it was the hardest day of my life... A year later I get an email regarding a paw print and nose boop they had done for me while in their care... I can not even explain the emotions I had from this. She was my world! Great vet experience, booking is a long time in advance but not too much of a problem. Vets take your pet on time and deal with it very professionally. I have been using the Barn for many years and I never had a bad experience ( or my dog, who is known to be difficult )

Being neurodivergent, I always feel seen and heard here. My girl is always attended to in a loving manner and everyone is friendly and welcoming throughout. It is now one of my safe places and I am really grateful to them for saving my girl’s life and fabulous aftercare. Always clean and a great calming music and video playing to chill animals and humans out before visits.

The reception staff and the vets are so lovely and incredible! Fit me in on the same day with my puppy when I had a concern and are always so welcoming. My puppy absolutely loves it there and all the attention he gets from the girls! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Reasonably priced too compared to other vets 😁
