Amazing as usual! Diesel had some dental
Work and we had several calls to confirm each process and just to give us an update diesel was ok, which was much appreciated! Spared time to go through the cost and invoice which was very much appreciated. Been registered with them for over 9 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Absolutely could not fault Waterlooville staff and the way they looked after my Westie Holly. She had a lump removed and they were very professional and caring towards Holly giving me aftercare advice . Holly was very happy and had been really looked after thank you !

Anna has been particularly wonderful when treating my cat. She has taken the time to listen and work out the best plan to treat my cat that works for everyone. She has been brilliant. I would highly recommend.
Lovely, friendly staff, my dog is a bit anxious so getting her injections and drops done can sometimes be quite a bit of a trial, however Anna was very patient and managed to get it done without too much hassle. Only thing we missed having done was a check on her teeth and claws just to make sure everything's ok as by the end of the appointment she was clinging onto me for dear life to escape!!
