My little furbaby, has had 2 appointments here one for a check up and one to be spayed, the woman who saw her for the check up was lovely, very informative and answered any questions I had without hesitation and didn't make me feel I was being an inconvenience with all the questions unlike when I've been elsewhere. When she had her op, the woman who brought her out was really lovely, gave me all the information and the pack they send you home with, I like that they get you to send them a pic a couple of days after the op and ring you to let you know what they think. They are a little pricey but you do get quality service.

I had to make a very tough, yet right decision for my beautiful 19 year old girl, Tammy yesterday. On ringing the Vets, they fitted Tammy in at short notice and were very accommodating and caring. Not only did we get offered a consultation room for privacy on arrival but the Vet (Miriam) was extremely patient, calm and kind. A very difficult time but a huge thank you for everything yesterday.

Very thorough examination of my cat following concerns around her mobility. Really easy to get an appointment, all on time when I arrived. Great bedside manner from all staff. The consultation was free as part of the monthly pet care subscription I pay and then I got a discount on the medication too. Very happy overall.

Reliable place for anything pet related. I use it regularly and it's fairly well stocked. There's pretty much everything pet related- including the vets themselves
