Exceptional service, very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help me. I was struggling with a pram and a cat carrier from the car and the staff member helped me carry my cat to and from the car. The care for my cat (Mao) was second to none and it is apparent that all the staff and vets are passionate and care for the pets that come in. Everything went smoothly and treatment for my cats injury was excellent. I rang for an appointment and was offered same day. Thanks

Valley vet care have been amazing with both my dogs! My oldest dog has been coming to valley vet care since I got him almost 11 years ago. The vets are amazing with them both and when Bruno was unwell as a pup they help us get him back to the prefect crazy pup he is!! Receptionist are wonderful and always remember Buddy as soon as I mention his name or bring him in! Thank you all so much!

My elderly labrador ‘Jacob’ has been under the care of the incredible team at Valley vetcare for over 12 months now. I feel very privileged to have their support. Jacob had ?melanoma removed from his cheek earlier this year. Vince went above and beyond to ensure the whole tumour was removed to give Jacob his best possible chance to beat this disease. His surgical wound was so neat and professional. I had every faith that my boy was in the best possible hands. Each vet we have seen since have been kind and empathetic to both myself and my boy. Always approachable very competent. There is a very pleasant, clean and friendly environment in the waiting room. There are Informative display boards appropriate to seasonal and relevant topics regarding pet care to look at whilst waiting. The practice in general seems to run in a very well organised way. Staff appear happy in their roles and very pleasant and efficient when dealing with the clients. Jacob is always sure to get a fuss whenever the staff get an opportunity, he actually loves his visits! Thankyou to all the team! You do a fabulous job Caroline Eastwood

Attended Valley Vet Care and as usual the staff are friendly and always professional. The consultation is never rushed and was given plenty of advice on my pets needs. Just feels like one big family, would highly recommend their practice. Thanks Valley team!

Absolutely amazing practice! Always thought they were great but realised more so since having a dog who is anxious at vet visits. Every member of staff from receptionists to vet nurses through to the vets are so reassuring and kind.
