Wow what a vets! From the friendly reception staff to the incredible vets I'm so glad I transferred my pets over. Rebecca was a lovely friendly vet she booked my dog in for sedation and minor surgery. James then treated my dog under sedation the next day and I have never ever had such a top quality service from a vet like that who explained everything and was so patient with me. Thank you so much! The staff at Briar Dawn are truly amazing. The receptionists are beyond lovely; they always make you feel welcome and make a fuss of your loved ones. I visited regularly with my dog Star, and I truly believe the staff who knew her cared for her just as much as I did; they were always so amazing with her. Our vet, who saw Star regularly, would always ask how my rabbits were getting along, which shows what a caring and special person she truly is ❤️When the time came to say goodbye to Star, she gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and I feel so fortunate that we were able to have a positive experience during such a difficult time. Thank you for the amazing work you all do at Briar Dawn.

My cat who is nervous unfortunately had to have some dental procedures done, we received detailed information, explanation and quotation for the procedures and the team were brilliant with her. She came home with her meds and with a bravery certificate and stickers 😆. The reception team are brilliant even when it's particularly busy and they're under pressure. We also received a reassurance call on the day as to how cat was doing and what time to collect her. The discharge appointment was thorough and we were given full aftercare instructions. Thanks for all your help.

My little furbaby, has had 2 appointments here one for a check up and one to be spayed, the woman who saw her for the check up was lovely, very informative and answered any questions I had without hesitation and didn't make me feel I was being an inconvenience with all the questions unlike when I've been elsewhere. When she had her op, the woman who brought her out was really lovely, gave me all the information and the pack they send you home with, I like that they get you to send them a pic a couple of days after the op and ring you to let you know what they think. They are a little pricey but you do get quality service.

Reliable place for anything pet related. I use it regularly and it's fairly well stocked. There's pretty much everything pet related- including the vets themselves

I had to make a very tough, yet right decision for my beautiful 19 year old girl, Tammy yesterday. On ringing the Vets, they fitted Tammy in at short notice and were very accommodating and caring. Not only did we get offered a consultation room for privacy on arrival but the Vet (Miriam) was extremely patient, calm and kind. A very difficult time but a huge thank you for everything yesterday.

Had a great experience with Joseph the locum vet, very friendly and well handled our cat. Answered all of our questions in depth and any worries we had, he helped clear them up. Fantastic service from Joseph, hope to see him again at Vets.

Exceptional service, very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help me. I was struggling with a pram and a cat carrier from the car and the staff member helped me carry my cat to and from the car. The care for my cat (Mao) was second to none and it is apparent that all the staff and vets are passionate and care for the pets that come in. Everything went smoothly and treatment for my cats injury was excellent. I rang for an appointment and was offered same day. Thanks

Valley vet care have been amazing with both my dogs! My oldest dog has been coming to valley vet care since I got him almost 11 years ago. The vets are amazing with them both and when Bruno was unwell as a pup they help us get him back to the prefect crazy pup he is!! Receptionist are wonderful and always remember Buddy as soon as I mention his name or bring him in! Thank you all so much!

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

As usual Garry was amazing. The ongoing consultations are as caring and thorough as always. I feel confident that Alfie is getting all the treatments he needs to ease and control his illness. The staff are also brilliant from nurses to reception, always professional, very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Staff always very friendly and ask how visit went and if everything OK. They talked to my dog and asked if they could give him a treat. Alway helpful and kind. I previously had 2 dogs that had to be put to sleep, they were so considerate.

All of the staff have always been very helpful and very caring whenever I have needed their help in sorting out my two little boys Baggie and Charlie (both rescue cats) whether it be for simple things like flea and worm treatments to matters of life and death situations. All pricing of treatments very reasonable.

As always with any vets, you need a 2nd mortgage but if needs must then this is the place to go. Really nice family friendly vets and looked after my frenchie every time we have gone. Customer service is quality

Have been regularly attending with my cat for last 3 years. Always receive good care. All colleagues polite and courteous. More competitively priced for than others in the area. Shame they dont open on Saturdays anymore.
