We have recently been referred to Sarah Smith Cardiology for our 14 and a half year old dog Ronnie due to a very scary faint and heart murmur. I cannot begin to thank the team at this practice. We felt welcome, reassured and relaxed at all times. The time and effort that went into Ronnie’s care was outstanding. Thank you for your incredible work and helping us in a moment of panic

Right from the outset , the attention and care given to not only our dog , but to us , was outstanding !. Throughout his examination , Dylan remained calm and relaxed whilst his procedure took place . To be able to stay with him , was so comforting , and talking of comfort , he wasn't just on a standard vets table , he had really nice padding under him , with a nice cosy blanket on top , and a lovely lady ( Emma ) gently holding him and keeping him calm . He looked that comfortable , I wouldn't have been surprised , if he had gone to sleep !. I was able to be at his head to stroke and soothe him , but I think he would have been just as relaxed if it was just Emma with him !. During his procedure , Katie ( The cardiology specialist ) , explained everything that was happening ,and what would happen next , and was so informative , telling me what I was seeing on the screen . She was SO thorough , and happily answered any questions I had . Luckily for us , the news was better than expected , and we were 100% happy to know that , if ever Dylan did need treatment , we could not take him anywhere better . Everyone we saw , was so friendly , and helpful , including on the phone , when we spoke to Deborah . Thank you Sarah Smith Cardiology , you are all such caring , friendly , kind people .

My cat was very poorly with breathing difficulty and heart failure. I was referred to Sarah who carried out thorough investigations and treatment and prescribed new medication. She explained everything and was very professional. Thankfully my cat appears to be a lot better now.

Harley our dog was referred to Sarah and her team by our own vet after finding a heart murmur. All I can say is the service here was outstanding from start to finish. Very caring and proffesional and took time to get to know Harley before they began checking her and doing the necessary scan. I could stay with Harley all the way through, so she most certainly was less stressed. I would highly recommend Sarah and her nurses, who obviously care so much about the animals they treat. Thank you for all the information regarding Harley and her condiction and thank you Sarah and your fantastic nurse for all your help.

Just been for the first time to Sarah Smith Cardiology and it’s just outstanding. What was a very stressful day was made so much easier with such a lovely team. Everyone was reassuring, compassionate and more than happy to answer any questions and throughly explain what was going on during the test and results. They are absolutely animal lovers through and through and it shows. I felt that you were treating my Chester as if he was your own dog. I can’t thank you enough. I feel such full confidence that whatever happens in the future with Chester’s heart, I have the best team around him. I’m so happy I pushed for the referral to you and would encourage anyone to do the same if you have the choice too. You should be so proud of your practice and team ♥️ Chester says woof woof which I think means (thank you Ruth and Kathryn!) and we’ll see you in 6 months.
