Really terrific and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere, and a comfortable experience with excellent care. I have been bringing my rescue cats here for years, and Simon helps me navigate their special needs so that they can have the best quality of life possible. Really appreciate everything the team does, they are dedicated and lovely to work with.

Couldn’t recommend this vet enough. Simon saved my puppy’s life. After the PDSA wanted to put him down Simon took him in, cared for him and got him back to good health. Him and the girls on reception were so friendly & helpful. They kept us updated on how Freddie was doing and you can really tell how much they all love the animals. Costs were also really good compared to what other vets would charge. I can’t thank Simon and his team enough for everything they have done for us.

My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

Cannot thank the staff enough for the care received today. Our cat Hope was transferred from our usual vets after being hit by a car. Thanks to you amazing people, she is on the mend and resting at home. It’s been a traumatic day but you guys have made us feel reassured and kept us informed throughout.

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Perfect service at such a difficult time for us

Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

An absolutely incredible vets who saved our dog’s life after she was hit by a car. It’s been a long recovery journey and we could not have asked for better care for Florence. My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. Going to the vet is never fun. However, it is great to have a good vet that you can trust to look after & do the best for your furry friend! For me, it's important to understand every step of the treatment process and we were given really detailed information on what has to be done and why. Thanks to Luc & the team for doing their best by us and our wee dog! Would definitely recommend. Fast forward a couple of years and they're still treating him fantastically

They were really helpful with Lola, and so gentle with her. The only downside is the cost of the visit, but I would do anything for my baby.

I would highly recommend this veterinary team to the pet owners. It's my first time to adopt the astray cat and it was quite urgent. The team provided many useful tips for me to raise my cat. With their help, my cat has been fully vaccinated and completed the neutering within a month. That really helped. My cat has now fully adapted to our new home.

I've never been to a better clinic. I had an incredible experience with them from beginning to end. The reception staff is friendly and accommodating, and the vets are outstanding. They talked me through all of my options and thoroughly explained them. I would recommend them 100%. Great clinic for your pets.

An all round good experience, rang up mid morning wanting an appt and got offered one for that afternoon, very nice woman on the phone, was friendly and cheerful, vet was caring and fully explained what to expect from the operation needed. Would definately reccomend.

Very grateful to be able to get an emergency appointment late on a Sunday evening. Lee on reception is an absolute star. The attending vet was very thorough in her examination, explained everything clearly and was very compassionate with my deaf Dalmatian. Thanks to the care of this vet, I left feeling very reassured. It is comforting to know they are there if I need them, out of hours and in an emergency. Fantastic service.

Brought my cat in after a dog attack. The staff were so lovely and looked after Preston throughout the night. Sadly, he didn't make it. Went to pick him up the next day and again, they were lovely. Then even written us a heart felt card complete with fur and pawprints. Excellent, professional service

Highly Recommended..... First class veterinary service and available 24hrs a day, every day should you need them. The practice itself is immaculate and spacious and staff very helpful. The vets themselves explain exactly whats happening with your pet and they really are very cost effective which for a private vet nowadays, is not often said. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! As somebody who is a new cat owner, I had an emergency with my Cat! He wasn’t under any vets and this was the first vets I called!!! The lady who answered was so kind and patient with my tears and very understanding and considerate! The night receptionist (30/09/2024) at 11pm was absolutely lovely!!! She assured me when other animals would be in the practice so I could keep my cat, Mike, settled! And when he got unsettled due to his pain and a stress she went and got the Vet! Lloyd was so gentle and kind with Mike, he assured me of his condition and helped keep costs low for his treatment which I appreciated as I am University Student! I was very concerned about Mike so when I called the receptionist was so kind on the phone and lovely! I spoke to Lloyd and he assured me of Mikes condition and gave me reassurance! I got a call at 8am to say he was ready to collect as he had improved massively!! When I went to collect him at 9:40am (1/10/24) the two receptionists were absolutely AMAZING! They were so lovely and exceptional, I cannot express my gratitude for the staff enough! The vet then handed me Mike and informed me of his medication!! I took him to the car as he was a bit unsettled whilst my boyfriend paid, the treatment was very well priced and I am happy with how he has come home, the payment process was simple and efficient! He is back to his usual self and so much better!!! And I am also adding that he had two bits of Matt on his tail that I had tried to cut multiple times but I was frightened of hurting him, well they did that for me!! I am now proud to say this is my registered vets! Thank you so much to the lovely receptionists who reassured my anxiety and the lovely Veterinarians and Nurses who looked after my Mike!

There can be 'NO' doubt that this is the best vets in the world. The way that the entire team help and assist you, is nothing short of professional and personal. We sadly had to let one of our dogs pass last week and today we received a card through the post from them, expressing their condolences, also containing a lovely poem.
