I've been bringing my two rescue greyhounds here for years. They would get stressed in our local vets but they are always excited to come here and they always receive a warm welcome. The waiting areas are spacious and have never felt crowded, the reception staff are delightful and helpful, and the vets are compassionate and professional. One of my hounds had surgery today and vet Mhairi telephoned me with updates during the day, which really put my mind at ease. I feel it's true that they treat your pets like their own and I highly recommend them if you want the best care for your pets ❤️

Our house rabbit teddy fell poorly over the Christmas period and northwich vets said to bring him in straight away. He was seen by the most amazing vet Caroline who took amazing care of him. We were about to have him put down but there was a operation he could have which we decided to go with. Caroline worked long hours that day to complete the operation and then took teddy home with her and provide the care out of her working hours. She provide updates throughout the day and night and can honestly say we are amazed by her care and passion. Safe to say Teddy is doing well and it's all Thanks to Caroline and the staff who worked with her. Thanks so much.
