Thank you so much for looking after Mabel today for her op. Lovely caring team and service. Thank you to Daniel, he really knows what he's talking about and really cares for the pets he sees. I totally trusted Mabel with him today and I don't trust very many people with her. We have been using Southfields for all of our pets over the years and they have always been so caring and friendly, so thank you from all of them past and present.

This practice really cares. From the moment they answer the phone until your pet is comfortable, they are incredible. I have had such great attention to detail from the vets here, several times. They always make an appointment available in emergencies and from previous and current experience, the vets are proactive and listen to your concerns. Recommend highly.

Lovely vets. Staff always friendly with my dog, they treat her like she's a member if family my dog loves visiting them even if its just to say hello as she goes past on a walk. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

Our 3 year old dog Jarvis has been registered here since he was 8 weeks old. The kindest and most caring vets with a real passion for our animals welfare. We are lucky to have Trafford vets.

I took my two cats here for many years and was always so impressed by how well they (and I!) were looked after. When my cats were at their worst, I felt really anxious about making sure I was making the right choices for them, and Kate and her team were amazing at going over my options and helping me come to the best decisions for them. The team were always willing to take them in at short notice when needed and return calls when I had questions. My cats have sadly passed now, but Trafford Vets did everything they could to make that journey as kind as possible for both them and me. I highly recommend this vet practice.

I've been taking my pet here for 12 years. She's always well looked after Kate goes above and beyond each and every time. I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else. We recently moved 25 miles away and I still travel to see the vets here.

Kate and the team at Trafford Vets are absolutely amazing. Having unfortunately now moved too far away to continue to bring my cats to them I can really see that what they do, the compassion they have for our pets and the empathy for us as owners, is all too rare

My first cat had to be taken here. Cj when I went into hospital... Am not able to look after her am so sorry. Thay are putting her up for adoption, I could of got her back but am not able to look after cj. She can play out 🐱😁 when she gets a new home and thay have given her her first needles. Thank you.

Amazing work these people do. I would have been lost without the rspca at times!! Being a person who has rescue dogs it's nice to know there's somewhere to take my dogs that have been given that second chance to somewhere that offers the support and medical attention they need at a very affordable price 😀 great work people and a massive thank you from me and my pooches xx 😊

Had to take my fur baby less than a week ago to be told my baby's has cancer and it was touch and go of she would survive but the wonderful vets here saved her life and she recovering so well I can't thank you all enough you are my hero's ❤️

John is very diligent and apply fair prices in the context of overcharging being a common practice unfortunately… I have moved away but still travels to Abbeywood Vets for emergencies, rather than going to an unknown corporate hospital my new vet is recommending. John knows my dog and is always there when need be. He has the pet’s interest in mind. Really recommend his services.

John is a very experienced vet who saw and treated my dog. Did the assessment quickly, gave her pain relief and antibiotic injections as she was too unwell to eat. We saw John on 2 consecutive days for treatment and then by text and photos to check progress. My dog is 12 now and has been to John on three occasions where I needed quick and accurate decision making and treatment. I have every confidence and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the surgery as an independent vets where animal welfare comes first!

John was so helpful, was able to see my dog really quickly who was struggling with anal gland issues and my registered vet was closed despite saying open online. Reasonably priced too which was a shock for a vets! Will 100% contact John before my own vets going forward in case he can help.

Absolutely amazing service. When I called to explain how poorly our little Harry was the young lady fitted me in in-between appointments. Martin the Vet was superb, he explained in great detail what the situation was and was very real, his advice and treatment SAVED OUR HARRY’S LIFE, we will be forever grateful for your time, advice, treatment and understanding, you helped us make the right decision, i can’t thank you enough. Within an hour Harry was fighting fit, 24 hours later he is back to his normal self. Bonny even took time out the next day to call and make sure everything was ok, excellent service all round from start to finish. We have been with Mount Rd Vets for years and would highly recommend. Called into the vets with my dog very worried I was welcomed with a smile. Didnt wait long and was brought through by the vet who straight away made me feel at ease and loose my fear. So me and my Wife recently got ourselves a kitten as my Wife is a Support worker and one of the ladies she was Supporting moved out and left kitten behind so we took her in. So we registered with Beech House vets and booked our kitten in for her jabs and to get her checked over, So I arrived half an hour early and so sat in the waiting room. Several minutes later I went, The vet was absolutely fantastic gave our kitten a full health check, weighed her and then gave her the first injection and had set up the next appointment in 4 weeks. Extremely professional, polite and friendly staff, The vets was extremely clean as you would expect, Vets can be expensive but I paid into a Kitten club where for £19.99 a month you get a health check up, first vaccination, second vaccination, microchipped and neutered. Honesty can praise Beech house vets enough we highly recommend Beech house vets. We post alot of reviews on Google and we have over 28,000,000+ Views and we always give our honest thoughts and opinions on our experiences and while we are on our travels, We review service, customer service, food, drink, value for money, beach clubs, flights, restaurants, bars, flights, accommodation, beauty treatments, coffee shops, cafes, Airbnbs etc.

We brought our moggy Kimi in on Monday, for what we knew was to be a final visit. She was 20.5 years old and had been on a downward path in the recent years / months. The last few weeks were looking bleaker and over the weekend she deteriorated very quickly until she didn’t want to do anything and seemed to be in pain. On arrival we were looked after by Pola and Katie who realised the situation very quickly and were so kind and considerate to us. They said they would organise a canular to be inserted so they could administer the required injection, but Kimi passed away before they could. I guess the upheaval of the ‘trip to the vets’ (which she always hated, in her youth) and everything was just to much and she couldn’t hang on any longer. We were given some ‘clippings’ of Kimi’s fur etc in a little glass vile, to keep as a remembrance and we said we wanted to take her home to be buried in our garden, along with her mum and son. My wife went to the desk to pay for the visit, but was told there would be no charge. Although this is not a ‘money thing’ we found this to be over and above what we might expect and a lovely gesture. We left with Kimi wrapped in a towel and were finally given a condolence card, signed ‘all our love, Yew Tree Vets’, which again was such a nice thing for you to have done. We have used your surgery for all 3 of our cats over a number of years and have always been very happy with the service we have received, but yesterday’s visit left us feeling so heart warmed that you all can care so much for pets and owners alike. Thanks for all your efforts over the years.

Staff were lovely, vet was kind and helpful, price was reasonable; can't ask for more. Best of all my poor cat who had fleas is on the mend, only a few days after taking the pill and cleansing the flat. Can't be happier!

Very happy with the service my cats receive here! I've been visiting the clinic for five years and the staff are wonderful. Whenever my cats have been unwell I have always been able to get them the treatment they need quickly and I'm always informed of further tests/treatments that can be done if things don't improve. I get the impression that they care very much about the pets they treat and that they will try everything to get the best outcome. I feel reassured trusting them with my cats health as they have a great understanding of how to properly care for exotic/persian cats. Thank you so much for all of your hard work :)

I got charged £85 for ear drops and 11 tablets I found the ear drops on Amozon for £16 and the tablets on vets 24/7 for £10.56 with a prescription from the vet talk about being ripped of 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Our beautiful 10 year old german shepherd passed away Monday night. She had been under the care of here since being a puppy. In 2018 we found out she had a condition that would be life long. We were supported the whole way through this. She was an anxious dog that had nervous aggression and the vets were always accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure we could do what was best for our dog. Special mention to Dermot for all his help over the years and to Chelsea who was involved in the last months of tess’s life. You treated her with such compassion and always put her well being first. We received a card this afternoon from Chelsea and the team who sent their condolences. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. This is really hard for us. She meant everything to us but I can say I know she got the best care and her well being was always top priority. Love Becky and lee faulkner
