Friendly and professional service received as I always do from here. This time was for a prescription enquiry. Thankfully (in the sense of my cat staying well and injury free) I don't have to visit very often and it's mostly routine checkups, but every time I do, the service is impeccable 😁
Unfortunately we had to have our beautiful boy Charlie put to sleep yesterday. Craig (our vet) was absolutely amazing. The love, care & compassion was above & beyond. I would highly recommend ALL of the staff who work within this practice. We were given time to say goodbye & felt at ease. Thank you Craig & team…. You were fantastic!!
The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, Craig the vet was very good at explaining the issues and how best to make my cat better. He was caring and really helpful. He didn't rush us and made us feel at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend him to others. Thank you
It was very urgent situation, I booked an appointment online, this was followed by vet reception, which helped to arrange the appointment on the same day. Vet examined my dog very carefully explained everything and prescribed treatment. Prize was very reasonable.
