We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and dedicated care provided to our cat Miumiu by the team of Ashleigh Veterinary Centre and especially Dr. Nikoleta. Throughout a difficult time, they went above and beyond to ensure Miumiu received the best care while offering us support. Every interaction with the clinic showed their genuine care for both pets and their families.

Great vet. Very calm and kind with the Mother-in-law's timid Yorkshire Terrier. She didn't even flinch when she had her annual injection. Thanks very much.

A lovely warm, friendly, caring atmosphere. All the staff are totally customer focused and very caring. My cat is never anxious about going to the vet. The best by far! Visited Armac for puppy vaccination vet was very thorough in his examination of pup and took his time to make the pups first experience of the practise a good one . Reception staff also very friendly

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

I highly recommend the Agivet clinic. I have been using the services of the vet Agnieszka for over 2 years and every time it is great. Professionalism at a high level!

What an amazing customer service! Over the phone they were extremely helpful about a very complex issue, export health certificate for international travel. While NO OTHER vet office in Manchester was able to assist me in such a short notice, they were so understanding and putting me at ease. Can't thank enough.

Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!

Amazing place, well organised, extremely clean and well structured. The staff was very friendly and impeccable. They helped right away. I intend to have pets for the kids in the near future and now I know the vet I’m taking the pets for routine and vaccinations. Great place. I was surprised to have such a great vet near my home.

They were fantastic with me and my little kitten Millie. Millie was so relaxed with the vet and didn't make a sound when she had her injection. She was taken from her Mommy far to young so I have been bottle feeding her. She had her 1st injection today and was such a brave little soldier. She has brought so much joy to my life as I know I have to hers too.

We have been customers of Atherton veterinary centre for 15 years Absolutely first class vets and practice staff We sadly had to say goodbye to our cat Merlin recently and everyone we dealt with from vets to nurses to admin staff have been kind, compassionate and caring all through the process of trying to help Merlin I highly recommend this veterinary centre both for their care and compassion Carole and Philip Coleman

My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. I've been taking my pet here for 12 years. She's always well looked after Kate goes above and beyond each and every time. I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else. We recently moved 25 miles away and I still travel to see the vets here.

I took my two cats here for many years and was always so impressed by how well they (and I!) were looked after. When my cats were at their worst, I felt really anxious about making sure I was making the right choices for them, and Kate and her team were amazing at going over my options and helping me come to the best decisions for them. The team were always willing to take them in at short notice when needed and return calls when I had questions. My cats have sadly passed now, but Trafford Vets did everything they could to make that journey as kind as possible for both them and me. I highly recommend this vet practice.

Kate and the team at Trafford Vets are absolutely amazing. Having unfortunately now moved too far away to continue to bring my cats to them I can really see that what they do, the compassion they have for our pets and the empathy for us as owners, is all too rare

I cannot thank willows veterinary group enough! I lost my 3 year old cat to underlining problems. All the staff went out of their way to send me her ashes and her paw prints. This is the best veterinary for your animal!

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

Made the decision to switch to this veterinary practice after a disappointing experience else where. From phone call to appointment everything was handled professionally, the reception staff were so welcoming and the clinic itself is clean and spacious. The vet was gentle towards Reggie and understood his needs as a sassy little character, she recommended some medications for our concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I’m so glad I made this choice and would recommend this practice based on efficiency, friendliness and affordability. Thanks again!

Incredible vets, my cat has needed its blood pressure checking but it’s been very high in the clinic due to stress. They offered to come to our house and take the blood pressure to get a proper reading! They are always lovely to talk to and nothing is a bother. By far the best vets I’ve ever had!

I brought my cat in earlier this year as noticed she was walking with a strange gait and drinking more water. Very quickly into the initial consultation the vet suspected diabetes, which came as a major surprise to me as all through her life my cat has had a relatively consistent and suitable diet. After initial blood & urine tests, diabetes was confirmed. This was an immensely stressful tome for me and Marilyn as her treatment plan required daily insulin injections and a prescribed diet. Learning the ropes with the medication and the required equipment, the knowledge required to treat a pet with this condition was overwhelming and this practice collectively helped me with that process from the start. Unfortunately, Marilyn very quickly went from tolerating her new treatment plan, to despising it, to the point where she would hide herself in the house to avoid injections, she was miserable and fretful, a combination due to both her illness, and the enormous change to her lifestyle especially surrounding my trustworthiness (I had become the mean woman with the needle!) Eventually it became unbearable for us both and I was in tears at home wanting to do what was right for my animal but without her being depressed and afraid. I said the same to the vets who suggested an alternate treatment that was quite new, high risk and not guaranteed to be effective for Marilyn. At this point i’d have tried anything so we did. Fast forward today, I have a very content cat who has returned to herself and managed to reverse the nerve damage to her legs. She’s purring most days and we’re back to being best friends. I was wholly not equipped to deal with her illness and it was a tough road travelled, but Tyldesley Vets have been absolutely fantastic in helping me from the very beginning. Never underestimate the stress of a poorly pet, and to find a vet who do that little bit more to help has been the silver lining needed! Thanks to everyone there - girls on the front desk are also amazing!
