We had our roof repaired and replaced by Scott and every part of the process was excellent. The quotation and scope of work were very clear and we were talked through the whole process very clearly. The work was excellent and done very promptly, on time and within the original budget. We were updated each day on progress and sent photos of the work. Would definitely recommend and would happily use again.

Used Scott’s roofing after asking for a few quotes to get new flat roof, repair faulty valley, add lead flashings on all parapet walls among other things. Would definitely strongly recommend, Scott is a very reliable, very efficient roofer and his work has been very good. The key to choosing Scott was that I had the feeling that the work would be done quickly and to a high standard. Other roofing companies never really committed to a start date - efficiency and reliability are an absolute must when you have issues with your roof and Scott really delivers on both fronts. Communication throughout was also very good, lots of photos sent every day. Scott is always available for a quick chat to explain. He also suggested a few other things we had not spotted that needed doing. Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. He’s going to return at a to be agreed time to fix another issue and has already offered dates. Highly satisfied and refreshing to get such great levels of communication. Thanks Scott
