We had leaks to 2 of our flat roofs. Ian at Maple Roofing was friendly, reliable and offered a cost-effective solution that no-one else did with a guarantee. Others simply said to replace the both roofs. Ian took pictures and even repaired a small roof leak on the crown of the roof at no extra cost. We had a leak at another property whilst Ian was carrying out work at ours. Whilst his team were working on ours, he and I went to the other property. He quickly identified the issue of cracked tiles, went and bought the tiles immediately and fixed the issue in one visit. And he only charged for the cost of tiles. Very kind of him to do so. He’s since visited my mother’s roof and identified the issue with a cost-effective solution which he will fit in between other jobs in the area.
