Matthew provided a comprehensive service replacing soffits, fascias and guttering to a bungalow. In addition roof vents were fitted for loft ventilation. The work was done professionally and in a time efficient manner. Would use again.

They arrived on time, were courteous and professional throughout and did a great job cleaning and clearing away the debris from our gutters. Photos of the completed job showing before and after pictures were sent that day which showed what a great job they had done. All debris was cleared and taken away. James and his team came and did some repair work on our roof - we are very pleased with his work. We had recently moved in and were keen to get this done quickly which James was able to accommodate. The team were nice guys and always cleaned up at the end of each day. When they found more damage than expected, James showed us, was open and honest, explained his concerns and gave us a couple of options to proceed. When I had a leak and not long to fix the issue I was fairly stressed but the Astral team quoted very quickly and sorted out the issue (including replacing all guttering, fascias, soffits and a row of tiles, dpc on some flat roofing areas etc.) within a week. Matt and team repaired and re-surfaced the flat roof on our extension. From initial chat all the way through to completion it was a smooth process. Good communication, even when the weather threw up the odd curveball, polite and friendly. The roof looks great, and more importantly, is now watertight! Definitely recommend.
