Amazing well priced service. The company provided excellent communication and kept us updated on all the works. The team on site were extremely polite and friendly, and kept the area very tidy. The team highlighted ba fee problems and offered to fix them all for very reasonable cost. I never felt like we were being over charged. Ended up with two great looking roofs and would use them again or recommend them with no hesitation.

August 2024 My Mother had a stain appear on her bedroom ceiling, and was recommended to Lake and Brown by a neighbour who was using them to work on his roof at the time. Jim agreed to come and take a look and found that there was a roof leak causing the problem. He was very quick coming to her rescue, giving her an itemised quote and coming to do the re-roofing job. At all times the workmen and the office were very polite and efficient, keeping her informed and coming to do do the work when they said they would. In this day and age that seems to be a rarity! She was extremely happy with their work and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
