We needed a roofing company to replace and redirect some zinc guttering that was feeding water onto a flat roof and causing water ingress into our property. I spent ages researching companies and got a few quotes but only Surrey Roofing Group seemed bothered about listening to what we wanted. Nicholas visited the property and provided a reasonable quote promptly and then went to great lengths to source the exact same products so they would match what was already fitted. Work was booked in and was completed in a day. No mess and a job really well done! Highly recommended and will use again for any roof issues we might have in the future!

We had a nightmare start to the Christmas holidays with a roof leak that had spread across 2 levels. We needed a new roof on our house and we spent a good view weeks looking at different companies and getting different quotes. Nicky was very helpful and efficient in looking at and sorting out a leak in my parents-in-laws house and also has excellent customer service skills. We asked him to carry out other work to resolve gutter problems on both our house and our parents-in-law's house, plus some roofing repair. Nicky and Luke did an excellent job, worked hard and quickly but also ensuring the work was carried out to a high standard and that everything was tidy after they'd finished. They are both friendly and great to work with, and from now on Surrey Roofing Group will be the first people that I will call to resolve roofing or similar issues.

Their workmanship was superb; they were courteous and professional and friendly throughout; and what I really appreciated was flexibility and helpfulness, when unforeseen problems arose (e.g. perished roof felting and rotting fascias) - they did everything possible to help resolve, working with me, adjusting their schedules to fit, looking for effective, professional but low-cost solutions. And yes, they were highly competitive on price - that's why I chose them in the first place, and I'm glad I did. Very, very highly recommended.

Justin and his team are first rate. I called them out to price repairing a flat roof on the rear extension. When the roof was originally installed a year ago, the contractor failed to install the required ventillation and failed to seal the roof properly. JWF Roofing priced the job very reasonably and met building control on site and then fixed all the issues to thecorrect standards. Very happy with the work and they left the area tidy. Charlotte let me know at each step of the way when the scaffolding would be put up , what days Jack would be on site (dry days were needed ) and when the work was complete. Jack gave me a clear understanding while on site exactly what needed to be done. I emailed Songhurst Roofing, following a recommendation about them, regarding a leak I have in my bathroom. I received a reply from Charlotte very soon after and within the week, my roof and loft were inspected by Jack, who informed me a couple of tiles were cracked. I was lucky enough to get a slot for repairs the very next day and the work is now complete. I can't thank Charlotte and Jack enough for the friendly, honest and efficient way they dealt with my issue and I would highly recommend Songhurst Roofing to anyone. They will certainly be my first contact should I ever require work in the future.

We are really grateful to have found Jack. We had a leak in our roof for 3 years and went through several roofers. They either couldn't find the issue or quoted us silly amounts of money for investigations and scaffolding. Jack was very personable and explained everything well and showed us videos. Jack and Charlotte were great and very efficient. They replaced a rogue tile that blew off in the storm. It was precariously placed above our driveway (see photo!)and Jack came and rescued it before returning to refit it, incredibly helpful service and communication, very responsive and reasonable price as well. Can highly recommend Surrey Roofs. Martin and his team retiled a large roof for us which also included 5 small flat roofs, addition of insulation, 2 veluxs, a sun tunnel and replacement of guttering. All were hard working, professional and friendly. Martin and Jack worked with us to ensure that the final result was in character with the style of the house.

Martin, and the team recently completely reroofed our entire house. This was necessary due to loft insulation foam putting a pause on our house sale. We were tight for time (seeking to keep our buyers interested) and so took the recommendation of using Surrey Roofs from a friend. The turnaround time and understanding Martin and team showed was fantastic and we were really pleased with the way the whole job was managed. The foam was bonded directly to the inside of the tiles so was not going to be possible to simply remove from the existing tiles. Video and photo updates that Martin was happy to share helped demonstrate this and exactly how well the job was progressing. They came and looked at removing a redundant chimney stack that was for an old anthracite boiler and was flaking at the top. An appointment was made and two people removed the stack and retiled a small section of the roof. They were prompt, pleasant, efficient and tidy. A difficult job finished in a day and a half with minimum mess or fuss. Very pleasing with a sensible, reasonable price.

Will provided a competitive quote, came on time, completed the work in the timescale he specified and even did a few extra bits. After the work was complete he was mindful to ensure I was happy with the work and there were no issues. Couldn't ask for more.
