Jack Songhurst was brilliant. Charlotte works in the background making sure everything is well planned and communicated at every step. Charlotte let me know at each step of the way when the scaffolding would be put up , what days Jack would be on site (dry days were needed ) and when the work was complete. Jack gave me a clear understanding while on site exactly what needed to be done. Once he had completed the work he arranged for Charlotte to send me a video and picture of all the work completed, and necessary work In the future. Great local family business

We are really grateful to have found Jack. We had a leak in our roof for 3 years and went through several roofers. They either couldn't find the issue or quoted us silly amounts of money for investigations and scaffolding. Jack was very personable and explained everything well and showed us videos. He completed the work very quickly and showed us a video of what he'd done. Turns out it was a simple issue! We've had a few storms and no more leaks! Jack is reliable and competitively priced. I won't hesitate to recommend him and use him again if needed.

Both Charlotte in the office, and Jack on the roof, were professional, friendly and reassuring. We were not pressurised into having any extra or unnecessary work done. We will definitely use Songhurst roofing in the future if we need any further work doing.

I emailed Songhurst Roofing, following a recommendation about them, regarding a leak I have in my bathroom. I received a reply from Charlotte very soon after and within the week, my roof and loft were inspected by Jack, who informed me a couple of tiles were cracked. I was lucky enough to get a slot for repairs the very next day and the work is now complete. I can't thank Charlotte and Jack enough for the friendly, honest and efficient way they dealt with my issue and I would highly recommend Songhurst Roofing to anyone. They will certainly be my first contact should I ever require work in the future.

Jack and Charlotte were great and very efficient. They replaced a rogue tile that blew off in the storm. It was precariously placed above our driveway (see photo!)and Jack came and rescued it before returning to refit it, incredibly helpful service and communication, very responsive and reasonable price as well.
