I meant to leave this review a couple of years ago. We had had a leaking lantern (skylight) in our flat roof. The lantern had been fitted too close to a gable end by the original builder. Access was difficult and the water run off made sealing it properly almost impossible. We called Jamie in when the only viable alternative was to get rid of the lantern altogether. Other roofers had said it was impossible to fix in its current position. He fixed it by custom building some guttering to channel the water run off from the lantern and resealed the whole area. He did this in October 2021. I delayed reviewing it until we were sure. Since then, we've had literal torrents of rain on many occasions and haven't had another issue with leaking. Jamie did a first class job, that others had said couldn't be done.

Repair damage to soffit boards and fascia. “Jamie was happy to come round in the evening to look at the job, and able to fit me in before the end of the week. He offered to repair the existing rather than replace it and did not try to insist that the more expensive work was required. He did the job when he said he would, let me know when it was done and left it tidy. I had asked him to let me know if, during the repair he saw anything further which needed doing.
