Really pleased with Hestia from start to finish. I was kept well informed during every part of the process of replacing my conservatory roof. All the guys involved were clean and tidy and friendly. Also if anybody is considering a replacement conservatory roof, go for it, the room is now much warmer and looks much more inviting

Really happy with the conservatory roof, I can notice the difference now we’re in the colder months, wish I got it done sooner, the work was carried out in a professional manner, and they worked hard all day to secure and make the roof water tight before it rained, the workers respected my property by keeping it as clean as possible, from start Ed came around to measure up, and gave me a very good price, no hard sell and was very confident in his product and gave me time to make my decision. I would highly recommend Hestia home improvements.

The new roof has transformed our room, it’s gone from a really cold space in winter, and really hot in summer, to a more useable space (hopefully) all year round. The team were really hard working and worked through the cold weather continuously. Lawrence was great project managing with a few hurdles (like winter storms) overcome. Communication throughout was great! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hestia Home Improvements.

The whole team from start to finish did an excellent job in converting our conservatory roof. I can't believe how quickly the guys managed to dismantle the old roof and manufacture the new roof. They cleaned up every day and were so friendly. The room has transfromed the space and we just wish we had done it earlier. The price we paid was also very competative to other companies that we had quote, the job they have done is excellent. The building inspector also commented on what a fantastic job that's been done compared to some other companies that he has viewed. I would 100% recommending them and already have passed their card onto friends.

Considered a 4 star... We had Hestia for two jobs - the glass roof replacement was excellent - consultation, customer relationship, workmen's skill and attitude (nice guys, just cracked on with the job). Upfront and honest about the (very competitive) price, no hard sell or badmouthing other firms (who I found did this a lot) - just focused on what they do well. It took a few days but I really wanted the 'proper roof' installation Hestia offers (including measuring and cutting materials on site for a superior fit rather than factory made panels) and I will say that this has definitely made a big difference to the temperature on both hot and cold days - I'm dubious glass solutions would have worked so well. If I had to find a fault I'd say that other companies offer more in the way of technical drawings - whereas Hestia you have to trust it's going to look good and work out right - but it did! Would 100% book again if I was starting all over - great job. Following this we booked a second job - replacing internal French doors. This seemed to be subcontracted to another firm and they were a pain - missed measuring appointments with no notice, took weeks to confirm an installation date, didn't turn up for install on the expected day. To be fair the workmanship was of a good standard once done - and Hestia seemed to do their best to rectify. If you're a bit more relaxed about planning you may not be so worried, given the end result was good. If your glass-roof conservatory is too hot or too cold or has any other issues - just get Hestia to build you a proper roof, you won't regret it. We now have a truly usable year-round space.
