Rob was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He visited the property promptly and provided a competitive quote and completed the work quickly, which was much appreciated. On the day of the job Rob let us know about an additional issue which he and his team worked hard to complete in order to avoid the need for a return visit. Communication was clear and professional and Rob provided photos and videos of the required work with the quote - and then again when the work was completed. He made sure he found a way to access the roof for our initial consultation without risking any damage to our property and was very professional and friendly.
