Highly recommend Kika Roofing! They did excellent work on our balcony surface repair. Just from our first contact, they provided in-depth explanation of the issue and their suggested solution. Free quotation was provided and I never felt any pressure to go with them. During works, they communicated clearly the timescales for the day and they were ever so polite and friendly - I got a sense that they really cared for the work they were doing on our property. Can’t recommend them enough. Had a leak roof problem that didn’t get fixed by the previous cowboy roofer. Kika roofer came identified the previous work wasn’t done, fixed the immediate problem and seen a few small issues that they fixed for free. Loved the fact that they take pictures and videos that show the problems before and after the works done. 5 stars rating from me. Will definitely use them again for any future works and will recommend to relatives or neighbours.
