We had a very good experience with this excellent family-run roofing business. They are part of the "competent roofer scheme", which means that their work is top notch, but also means they are able to certify their own roofs without need to go to local council building control (this is a big advantage as building control is very expensive and also a massive hassle!) Jamie who came to quote was expert and helpful, and Dave & James who actually did the roof were very skilled and friendly. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!

Kevin and his team completed an excellent new roof on my house this summer. The work is superb with outstanding attention to detail. The various crews arrived in time, were polite at all times, and completed the work in a timely manner. Kevin came everyday to inspect the works and report on progress and any variations required as they progressed through the job.A very professional company.

Last year I had a major issue with my roof where water was literally coming through like the Titanic! It was extremely stressful but thank goodness for Horncastle. They came to the property very quickly to analyse the issue and got straight to work. There was great communication between myself and Danny and Jamie which meant I was constantly in the know and really understood what was going on and how Horncastle was solving the issue. They are a pleasure to work with, not just because they are polite and considerate, but they go above and beyond to do the best job possible (rather than the quickest solution for them).
