Really pleased with their work. Joseph came out last minute to fix our roof and guttering and worked through the pouring rain! Very thorough and has promised to come back if we ever have any issues. Took time to explain everything they’d done and why. Great value for money, would have no issue using again and recommending.

Really quick customer service, and were perfect to work with for a property that was being rented out liaising with our tenants. Our flat roof of 20 years finally gave way on Sunday, and we left WWR a message to arrange for assistance. Joseph called first thing Monday morning and as promised, came around by lunchtime to assess the situation.
He initially cleared the drains and gutters to release most of the water trapped on the flat roof but the damage had already been done. We had no pressure to replace or repair our roof, Joseph just explained (with some photos) the problem and gave us some options and let us have time to think about it.
We contacted a few other roofers, but we felt the price and service was not as good as WWR. So, by the end of the week (Friday) Joseph had totally replaced our flat roof, sealed the leaking skylights and the work is guaranteed for 20 years.
I can't find anything to fault WWR on, from start to finish the whole team was working flat out, always polite, always on time and cleaned up any mess.
That is why Joseph and team get 5* from us!
