Two of my kids attending explore learning for the last few month. So far I am very happy very with the progress. My children relaxed now as I dont have to seat and shout during home study. We all happy .

Can’t rate the team enough. Jess and Alicia are fantastic with my child and have brought together a fabulous support team in their tutors. My child has found both in centre and online to be really enjoyable, and she actually wants to do it. It’s really boosted her confidence in the areas she struggled with as well as encouraging her to push herself in areas she has already mastered.

My daughter has enjoyed her experience overall and her confidence in maths has improved. The only area which could be improved on is making sure the tutors are the same each week, as she really had one tutor that she liked a lot with his style of teaching. Thank you so much Explore Learning and if circumstances change in the future we will be back!

My son has been going to Whiteley Explore Learning for more than 2 years now and I could not speak more highly of it. A combination of SEND needs, unsuccessful home schooling during the pandemic and a need for my son to have more 121 support meant that I looked for private tutoring and was recommended Explore. At first my son was reluctant to attend, but now it's his special place and he's very happy to go. The staff are wonderful, incredibly supportive and adapt to his needs. If I find out my son is struggling with a topic at school, I let the team at Explore know and we work as a team to help improve his understanding of the topic, so that he grows in confidence and ultimately ability to tackle the topic. I particularly like the parents meetings, where I get more insight on my son's progress and abilities than I get at school's parents evenings. They can pinpoint which month of which school year your child is working at, which is so much more useful to know. The team at Explore are incredible, so supportive of parents concerns and they get to know all the children really well and create a wonderful learning environment. If you're in any doubt, try it!

I would like to extend a massive thank you to Aaron and his team for their support for my children. My girls had not completed the curriculum for Year 3 when they started Year 4, to my shock, when we joined Explore. Their progress had been badly hampered by Covid and schools closing for so many months. A year later one of my girls succeeded in achieving an Academic Scholarship and both girls have just been awarded places in two of the top independent schools in Hampshire. We could not have achieved this without the Explore team's support and hard work to get their learning back where they should be and to rediscover their confidence. I would highly recommend Explore which complements children's learning in school very well and allows focused support in areas of maths or English that they are finding tough, alongside their teaching in class.

Aaron and team are brilliant! So very good at knowing what makes our kids tick and helping them. Also very accommodating with us. Both our kids have noticed the advantage being tutored by Explore is giving them - particularly our son who is now having the GCSE Maths tuition and really enjoying being able to answer the trickier questions in class because he's already covered it in Explore. Honestly, they're brilliant and we're hugely grateful.

My 10 year old daughter really enjoys attending and spending time at the centre. We have noticed her confidence and engagement with her work has greatly improved since attending her sessions. All the staff are really friendly and supportive. Would highly recommend!

I've really enjoyed learning Italian with Adam. Before starting lessons with Adam, I started with an online language school with native Italian tutors, which was helpful but I had a hard time connecting Italian to English. Adam changed that for me. He's brilliant at showing how Italian and English relate and explains the logic behind language rules in a way that native speakers might not realise. Adam is great at simplifying the challenging aspects of Italian. He makes everything, from grammar to idiomatic expressions, very accessible. He's always patient and incredibly supportive, giving me a boost whenever I face difficult parts of the language.

Adam is a great tutor, super friendly and great at explaining German grammar and concepts. I've learned a lot in a short amount of time and Adam is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn German!

I have been learning French with Adam for nearly a year now. Initially I thought I could learn the language on my own using a language app. After a few lessons with Adam, I learnt that I won't have grasped and appreciated the uniqueness and richness of the language without having a language tutor. Taking lessons with Adam is very beneficial as I get to ask questions on word usage, composition and pronunciation, I also have many homework to do. Adam, merci beaucoup!

Adam is a fantastic tutor, he is extremely knowledgeable and the lessons are at a great pace. The materials are easy to read and Adam always has a tip to hand for how to digest and apply the material. I would have no hesitation for recommending Adam for anyone who wants to learn a new language

My 8 year old daughter lacked confidence in Maths and was not on track at school at the start of the year but she has been doing Kumon now for a few months and her confidence has grown , she is making links in everyday day life ( adding up her pocket money, knowing how much change she will have when buying things ) and we have just had parents evening and she is now on track in Maths at school ! We are so impressed with the improvement she has made in a small space of time! Highly recommend for any child who lacks confidence and needs an extra boost. It is little and often only takes my daughter 10minutes a day so not overwhelming and always tailored to her ability!

Everyday kumon practice has make a huge improvement to my son. His school teachers are very happy with his work on math. He goes to year 2 but he could able to do higher than his level.

My two daughters have been doing Kumon maths with Jan in Fareham for 4 years, since they were in reception year. It has massively helped both of them excel at school in every subject. The mental maths and the muscle memory they gain from doing Kumon has given them the ability of getting work done precisely in a short time. It has also given them the discipline they sometimes need. Jan and Angela are amazing. My girls love seeing them in the class. My daughter once said to me Jan is so good at teaching. Both Jan and Angela have given them the guidance, the gentle pressure and the patience they need to excel. My son (now in year 6) has attended here for several years and we are so happy with the service provided. Andy & Anya, and their team of fantastic teachers, have helped to develop his confidence in Maths and are continuing to support him through this final year of primary school. They are responsive to any changes in his needs and always seek to make sure the tutoring is tailored to him. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has only done 4 sessions and has achieved a great mark in her end of year Maths exam which we are delighted with, as it sets her up to have a confident start after the summer holidays in the next year. Kip McGrath is worth every penny in giving confidence and exam skills. My son also attended a couple of years ago for his Maths GCSE and I am certain would not have passed without the training he had here. A very clever and expensive private tutor for 2 years did not help him as much as Kip McGrath did. Highly recommended.

Both of my children are attending Maths and English classes. I am very happy with the Kip team. They tailor education plan based on individual needs, provide regular feedback about children's progress, and advice on how children can be supported at home. My year 11 rarely was able to access the curriculum at school. One to one tutoring was the same. She would come home from the sessions with Ruth with pages of notes. I have no idea how she did it. I drove 45 mins to get to the sessions and the same back. I would recommend Ruth to any parent. From my experience Ruth meets young people where they are. Rather than becoming angry or shaming, she is honest, pragmatic and supportive. I wish I'd found her sooner. Amazing value too!

Jan has been absolutely fantastic and finally my daughter at nearly 13 years old has been diagnosed with dyslexia and dyscalculia. Jan worked with my daughter for 4 hours over two days and conducted the relevant testing. Jan explained everything thoroughly and clearly and both myself and my daughter were at ease the whole time. We have been lucky to find Jan and I am so happy that now we have answers. Without the help from Jan my daughter would not be diagnosed as unfortunately the schools don’t seem to do this so well. I highly recommend Jan at Southampton for diagnostic tests and tutoring. Thank you!

My daughter is Autistic witch means her AUTISM makes her extremely stressed meeting new people , and been in new places with others very difficult, Mrs Jan Long was brilliant ,she manage to make my daughter at ease ,futhermore also acommodate her needs and difficulties with the social aspect in the assessment,and i hope in the Future ,she also can assess my younger daughter too, witch also Autistic. The head of College Mrs. White and later Chris, are highly professional and very helpful in providing recommendations and suggestions in overall A level exams and preparations.
