Working for The Tutor Trust is the best job I ever had. They are an amazing company that does important work transforming young people's lives. You do not need previous teaching or tutoring experience to work for The Tutor Trust, as the staff are absolutely fantastic and supportive, and there are many training courses made available to turn you into the best tutor you can be. It's so great to be a part of something meaningful and rewarding while earning a living.

The Tutor trust is an excellent place to work. I began working here as a student and was immediately impressed with the opportunities they had to offer. They provide excellent training for tutors and cover the costs of necessary checks such as DBS which showed the care they have for both their tutors and the students that they provide tutoring for. They constantly ensure that I am able to build excellent relationships with the schools I work for and have excellent communication with me throughout my work. They also do an excellent job of keeping all tutors connected and provide thorough resources and training throughout working there, whether you are a new or experienced tutor. I would highly recommend The Tutor Trust both to anyone considering working for them or anyone seeking their tutoring services.

Working for the Tutor Trust as a primary school tutor has been the best experience. Helping underprivileged children build their confidence in English and Maths is just brilliant to see, and great to be a part of. The Tutor Trust is flexible work and fits perfectly round university studies. As well as being great in school experience if you are hoping to become a teacher one day! I would recommend this job to anyone who is a hard worker, respectable, kind and has the urge to help young people.

Through working as a primary tutor with The Tutor Trust, I have gained many essential skills which will be vital for my future career. It has been very fulfilling to mentor students for the past three years, and the charity offer flexible hours that fit around university timetables and other commitments, so there has never been any stress with arranging my shifts. The Tutor Trust offer a really competitive rate of pay, with pay for planning added on also. Tutoring with The Tutor Trust has been a really big part of my university experience, and I have nothing but good things to say about the charity :)

Kip McGrath Walkden is an amazing place for any child to get the customized academic support that they need. The tutors are warm, encouraging, qualified, engaging and very tuned in to the needs of each child they teach. My children have wonderful things to say about all of their tutors and I see this reflected in how well they are doing at school. 5/5 for outstanding value! My son has just been offered a place at a grammar school that was his first choice. His tutors at KM Walkden have been amazing at offering bespoke advice, guidance and support all through his 11 plus journey. They have been outstanding in terms of the study material provided and as parents, we were kept informed of his learning journey at every step of the way.

My daughter went there to prepare for 11plus exam. The tutors are all amazing! They helped my daughter and pushed her to reach her best and boosted her confidence a lot. In the end, with their fantastic support and her commitment and hard work, she has passed the exam with a great score! Highly recommended this place! It is worth it totally!

My daughter attended the 11 plus lessons here and absolutely loved it. The tutors were great and we received feedback on progress periodically. They got homeworks to do outside of their weekly tuition . I'm pleased to say that my daughter was succesful and scored very highly in the exams, enough to secure an offer in one of the outstanding grammar schools, even though we were outside catchment area. Thanks to Kip McGrath for your contribution to her success. Highly recommended

My son has been attending Kip McGrath for six years and absolutely loves it! He feel so comfortable there that it doesn’t feel like Work to him. Sam and all the teachers there have helped my son pass his entrance exam to get him into his dream school. They are very encouraging and make him feel confident when doing his work in school. If there’s something he’s struggling with, he will bring it in and Kip will teach him multiple ways of answering questions, he is struggling with so he can answer them with confidence. I’m pretty certain that he will stay there throughout the whole of his school education because he absolutely loves it and I would recommend the centre to everyone.

I would definitely recommend sending your children here as it is a great opportunity for them to fill in the gaps in knowledge they have, whilst also pushing themselves to learn and do more. The teachers are very kind and patient in explaining the topics, working alomg with the students and making sure every single thing is perfectly understood by them. I have come across with the teachers before and I am really grateful for the care and effort they've put in, and I can 100% guarantee you will be too. 😊

I never thought I'd live to see the day where my daughter not only 'get' her maths, but actually looked forward to tutor with Karim. When I asked why? She would say he made it fun and often laughs were to be had with the other students too! It was on recommendation of another mum from school where her daughter too loathed maths and now was enjoying it and her grades also improved at school too! We have had years of trauma over the years trying to find a good tutor for my daughter. She's always struggled in this subject and I can't thank Karim at The Willow Wood School enough for his help and encouragement. I highly recommend this School!

Garry was professional and approachable. He was flexible and able to fit in around my son's timetable. My son found the lessons very useful. Garry was able to tailor the lessons to match the content being delivered at college. He is obviously knowledgeable with respect to the current learning outcomes of the exam board. Garry has been tutoring my daughter in the lead up to her GCSE's and my son for his end of year exams, and they have both found the sessions to be very useful, and Garry's approach has been excellent for both of them. He has instilled in them a much higher level of self confidence and they are now able to tackle maths questions with a greater level of knowledge and confidence.
