I can’t thank FCL Swinton enough for the confidence they have brought back to my son’s learning. My son can get very distracted at school but FCL have put provisions in place to help him stay focused and enjoy his tutoring time without him feeling “tied” to his desk. He is now ahead for his learning in maths and his school teachers have commented on how much more positive his attitude to learning is since he started at FCL. I’m kept constantly up to date with his progress and I love that the tutors will happily give me support in helping my son’s learning at home. My daughter started at First Class Learning in September and I have already seen a big improvement in her Maths and English skills. Harriet and the team are lovely and friendly and have made my daughter feel really welcome. She looks forward to her weekly sessions at the centre and is even keen to do her homework! My daughter Ella is in year 10 and after the pandemic was struggling to cope with her Maths at school. The First class learning Swinton team have really brought on her confidence with the subject. Ella has had such a wonderful experience here and looks forward to going every week. The staff are brilliant and so supportive. Kip McGrath Walkden is an amazing place for any child to get the customized academic support that they need. The tutors are warm, encouraging, qualified, engaging and very tuned in to the needs of each child they teach. My children have wonderful things to say about all of their tutors and I see this reflected in how well they are doing at school. 5/5 for outstanding value! My son has just been offered a place at a grammar school that was his first choice. His tutors at KM Walkden have been amazing at offering bespoke advice, guidance and support all through his 11 plus journey. They have been outstanding in terms of the study material provided and as parents, we were kept informed of his learning journey at every step of the way.

My daughter attended the 11 plus lessons here and absolutely loved it. The tutors were great and we received feedback on progress periodically. They got homeworks to do outside of their weekly tuition . My son has been going to Kip since Year 6 and is leaving now as he finishes his GCSEs. He has enjoyed going, finds his tutor extremely helpful and approachable. My son has been attending Kip McGrath for six years and absolutely loves it! He feel so comfortable there that it doesn’t feel like Work to him. Sam and all the teachers there have helped my son pass his entrance exam to get him into his dream school. They are very encouraging and make him feel confident when doing his work in school. If there’s something he’s struggling with, he will bring it in and Kip will teach him multiple ways of answering questions, he is struggling with so he can answer them with confidence. I attended the christmas crash course for AS Chemistry Unit 2. I enjoyed the experience as it was a time to relate and learn with other students. I recommend the crash courses to anyone who is re-sitting their AS levels or just in first year wanting to revise for the upcoming exams.
