We really could not have asked for more from New Forest Dyslexia the team are fantastic. Great communication, with help all the way from the office team. They made the process really easy. Our assessor kirsty was an absolute star. She put our daughter at ease and made what could have been quite a stressful test an enjoyable day that Sophie was able to really engage with. My son had his dyslexia assessment with Kirsty and I could not recommend her enough. She put him at ease and made him feel really comfortable through the assessment and explained things to him so he would understand. The report provided after the assessment was extremely thorough and Kirsty spent the time to walk me through it, highlighting key aspects. This really helped me understand how his brain works and the challenges he was facing, which allowed me to have really productive conversations with my sons school regarding accommodations. The report provided the school with everything they needed. My dealings with other members of the New Forest Dyslexia team were also 5 start. Communication was great through out the whole process.
