I’ve been attending learning labs for A level Biology and my tutor is Pratistha She is incredible. She has helped me to understand so much content which i found difficult. My understanding of the content has drastically improved and I’m able to answer high mark questions with the correct terminology. I can’t recommend Mathnasium enough! Since my son started (9 months ago), his confidence in maths has grown so much, and he actually enjoys learning now. Very happy with the progress my daughter is making at Mathnasium Stanmore. The team have been welcoming, efficient, helpful and communicative. After an initial in-house assessment, gaps in my daughter’s learning were identified, allowing her the opportunity to revise and properly grasp the lessons; sometimes the pace of school can be quick and some children fall behind. Periodic progress reports offer further reassurance, as they offer context and transparency. The team are approachable and listen, whilst understanding that they hold the expertise, an important balance! The learning environment is colourful and stimulating, as well as providing children with the opportunity to see other children ask questions and work through problems. Truly a positive addition to any child in need of mathematical support!

Hi my three daughters have been going to Fine Tutors in Edgware Road and I am happy to say that I am very impressed and grateful for the results that my daughters have received. Exceptional Support and Results at Edgware Road centre! I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible experience both my sons had at Edware Road centre. Thanks to the dedicated and skilled manager and teachers, they made remarkable progress in math, science, and English GCSE and SATS. A special mention must go to the centre’s manager, Alaa, who went above and beyond in her role. She treated our children with kindness and care as if they were her own. If you’re looking for a place to support your kids’ academic level then this is the right place to come to. My son’s experience with the Fine Tutors was amazing. I joined Math’scool two years ago and it has been an amazing experience. At first when I started A Level Maths, I was overwhelmed and found it difficult to cope with however at Math’scool I realised that Maths is a subject that requires constant practice and hard work. Dr Shah is an incredible teacher who is extremely dedicated and determined to help his students reach their full potential. Some of the methods he taught, I was never taught at school, and really helped increase my understanding on certain topics. He constantly challenged us with difficult questions (in class and in the homework) but if we were not able to solve them he gave us plenty of support and guidance until eventually we would be able to answer all those questions on our own confidently with ease. I never would have made it through A Level Maths without the help of Dr Shah. His enthusiastic and positive attitude towards teaching made Maths a lot more enjoyable and fun to learn. I started going to Math’scool for my A-Levels. I studied Maths and Further Maths with Dr Shah and had an amazing experience. I would really recommend joining if you’ve taken Maths and Further Maths. The teaching is exceptional, and Dr Shah made sure I understood the topics and if I was still unsure, he used to try and explain it in a few different ways until I understood the topic. The homework that was set each week was quite a lot but it was really beneficial as it contained a plethora of questions some of which were difficult and challenging which made sure I understood the topic well. Also, if I was unsure about a question while doing the homework he used to send hints and extra help during the week which I found really useful. There used to be weekly mini tests that were set during the lessons and they were useful as it allowed Dr Shah to understand what kind of questions we struggled with and accordingly for every question we got wrong he used to explain the question and set an extra 3 questions similar to do at home this way he made sure we understood the topic really well. Doing all his homework and paying attention in his lessons put me ahead in my school and also helped in doing well in school tests. Despite the Covid outbreak through my first year of A- Levels Dr Shah quickly changed to online classes and continued teaching us thoroughly in online lessons as well. One thing I really liked was no matter if he was teaching us in a classroom or if it was teaching us online he always used to teach us in depth despite the fact our finishing time over ran. Like if we were unsure about some of the topic covered in the lesson he used to overrun and continue to teach us until we all understood which I found good as he cared a lot more about teaching us and making sure we understand. I would really recommend Math’scool if your taking Maths or Further Maths as it is very helpful and will also have a great time learning. Thanks Dr Shah for your amazing teaching!

Joined in Year 9 with Mrs Menna who helped me tremendously boost my maths skills – a subject with I was having a lot of trouble with and led me to achieve an 8 in GCSE. It didn't stop there, however, as I attended the A-Level classes with Dr Shah, who had a unique and fun way of teaching maths concepts. This helped me to stay ahead of my class and soon became one of my strongest subjects, resulting in an A in my final examinations. This year, due to the disadvantage that Covid-19 has placed on students, they released Advance Information to help guide students on high priority topics that would appear in the exam. Dr Shah then compiled many resources which assisted my revision a lot, by aligning the appropriate questions with the relevant topics. Huge thanks to the both of them!

My daughter has been going here since 4+ months I can see a massive (probably understatement) progress in her Maths and English. Kumon Stanmore starts from basics and make them expert in those subjects. The feedback from my daughter's school teachers are that she is excellent in Maths and English (way above her class peers) and I would completely attribute (100%) that towards Kumon Stanmore. We decided to give Kip a try on the recommendation of my neighbour who has all 3 sons going there. My son was struggling with creative writing and simply didn't know how to approach it. He has now been with Jan and her team for just over 6 months and the improvements to his writing is just amazing! He is able to write paragraphs and at times a whole page independently. Kavita Arif is an excellent Math teacher. She has been tutoring my son for a few weeks, and her teaching method is very interactive. She keeps her students engaged continuously and works them through any sticky patches they might encounter. She is brilliant, and I highly recommend her. Safiyyah is an excellent Biology, Chemistry and Geography teacher. She has extensive knowledge of her subjects and is gentle with her students, allowing them to be comfortable and grasp the subject matter she teaches. My son found Alun absolutely perfect for him, he enjoyed every session with him and usually came out with a smile on his face as he had learnt something new again.
