I have used the service of Keystone Tutor preparing for 11 plus exam, for a period of roughly six months. Process of onboarding was really efficient and swift, tutoring of great quality. We have been helped to match to our needs with the perfect tutor - Donal Coonan. The key feature of the tutor was the very engaging tone that kept my ten-year-old boy really interested in the session. Quality of the explanation was really good, giving an intuitive sense on how to approach a problem. The tutoring was not only offering simple equations and tools, but a system of thinking and how to engage with a problem. Highly recommended the service as a top-end quality of tutoring which will leave a long-term print to the student.

Donal tutored my son for Common Entrance maths. He was really fantastic: patient, kind, excellent at explaining concepts. Giuliano helped me to achieve a grade A in maths A-Levels and I honestly could not have done it without his incredible support. He is super friendly and approachable. I always felt very comfortable to ask him to go over a question or topic that I didn't understand. He always explained key concepts very well, that had not been taught in school yet. This allowed me to get ahead and spend more time practicing exam questions rather than learning theory. As well as that he pushed me to become familiar with challenging questions so that questions in the actual exam did not seem daunting. Giuliano was always readily available. There was multiple times where I reached out to him via messaging to help me with a question I was stuck on even with the mark scheme. The Union team is the only group that I recommend when I’m asked about 11+ exam preparation. I have been a tutor at Tavistock for almost a year now and they are by FAR the best agency I have worked with! Their tutors are excellent, and their treatment of tutors is even better. They provide regular clients whose needs are perfectly aligned to the tutor's skills, making the process as simple as signing up! What a fantastic resource. Small class sizes guarantee good progress and the excellent standard of tuition helped my son and daughter to make such good progress that their teachers remarked upon it. One of the maths tutors has a degree from Cambridge and a wonderful caring attitude whic relaxes the children but also gets the best out of them. I attended PrimeTutors while studying for my A-levels. They helped me gain confidence in the subjects I had studied and they provided lots of resources to guide me through studying my A-levels. Currently, I work at PrimeTutors and not only is it a great workplace but they also provide students excellent resources which follow the national curriculum. My siblings also attend Primetutors as students and their knowledge in their subjects have increased a lot since they joined, compared to the previous tuition centres they had attended. Fine Tutors has been a huge part of my success in preparing for my GCSEs, especially in Maths. I started with them in Year 9 and, with their support, I was able to achieve a Grade 9 in my early GCSE Maths exam. I attended fine tutors the King’s Cross branch for GCSE’s and with the amazing teaching from my maths teacher Ismail and supervisor Abu Ismail I have achieved a 9 in maths. The incredible English teachers (Ahmed and Sanjida) have also helped me to get a 9 in English language and literature as they continually put hard effort into making sure I understood everything and gave me high level knowledge and vocabulary to stand out and get those top marks. On top of this the supervisor Ms Saffa has always allowed me to be with my chosen teachers when I used to continuously change my timetable see to fit my timetable.

I work with Tutor House as a business and economics tutor. They are one of the best tutoring companies which I have come across. The team look after both tutors and students very well, offering as much support as is needed. The courses which Tutor House offer are excellent and the other tutors are also brilliant. Students can work in groups or one-to-one with tutors, and have the opportunity to make so much progress. I have always had fantastic results with my students at Tutor House. During the uncertainty of coronavirus, Mya and Alex have gone above and beyond to support everyone to ensure we can still provide a good education to our students. They are ready to answer any question that might come up and have really worked hard to make the experience as stress-free as possible for both tutors and students. From a tutor’s perspective, Tutor House pays fair rates, always pays invoices quickly and on time and offers so much support with lesson planning, assessments and reports. I really would recommend anyone to use Tutor House. I look forward to working with them again in August!

They have very clearly invested a lot of time and money into building an unrivalled platform for all parties. Their integrated platform is a strong value add for clients and tutors alike, with no need for either party to use Zoom or Skype or any of the other apps to connect. They have detailed reviews of tutors with real client feedback to I've you the best assessment of whether a tutor is actually able to help you. Their tutors' experience is impressive and they've retained a lot of talent despite tutoring being a short-term or stopgap role for many people. For tutors, they allow you to set your own rate (although you sometimes feel like they're encouraging you to reduce this despite the initial sense of being able to determine pricing yourself). I think they slightly undersell themselves and could probably increase fees a bit (I've worked with them for a few years). Some fo their clients could certainly afford to pay a bit more, however some clients struggle with the platform and the agency could certainly put more effort into explaining how to use it (especially for newbies). The team are generally very responsive but there has been occasion where pay wasn't fully pursued as it could have been, and card issues are not uncommon because of the nature of billing (usually post sessions, which could encourage some bad apples to try to make off without paying). The team could be a bit better at responding to tutors and should tell people if certain team members are leaving since tutors may only know one person at the agency. The team are quick to get in touch if there's negative feedback or for their concerns about charge-out rates, but it can feel like a very one-way street with tutor enquiries often getting ignored despite the advertised extensive support and integrated online enquiry form. Overall, they are fantastic, but slightly undersell themselves an should look to increase their highest fees in the current financial year due to inflation eroding the premium they used to pay compared to other agencies.

Tutor House has worked with my daughter over the past three years now; supporting her with one-to-one tuition for her A level French as well as assisting her throughout her UCAS process. They have provided expert insight on careers advice and university applications process. Their friendly team has been extremely helpful (often responding to queries immediately), and working to identify and assist with my daughter's exact needs.
