We’ve been really pleased with our daughters’ progress. Although it has only been a few months since they both started we have noticed the progress in their work and with their confidence. Whilst we were told ‘teenagers would not want to go to tuition’ our experience has been the opposite, the girls look forward to each session.Overall we are all really happy we signed up and would definitely recommend.

Janet has helped my daughter with GCSE English Literature for a couple of months before her exams. Even though my daughter's exam board is EdExcel and Janet teaches AQA, she was able to provide feedback to my daughter specifically. My daughter found Janet approachable, patient and supportive and wished she could have taught EdExcel language and not AQA! My daughter's Literature grade was certainly improved from Janet's help, she got an 8 when she was predicted a 6! We wish we found Janet sooner!

Janet has been a fantastic tutor for my son this year. The group English Language sessions worked really well for him and he preferred this to 1 to 1. Each half term he completed a past paper and Janet gave detailed feedback on how he could improve. He also took part in a selection of English Literature sessions nearer to the exams. He achieved 7s in both Language and Literature which helped him to secure his place at sixth form. I would definitely recommend Janet. Her extensive knowledge of the exams and how they are marked and graded really helped my son to focus on what he needed to do to improve.

An absolutely first class experience for both our son as tutee and us as parents. Janet coached our son to a level of achievement two grades higher than predicted in both English Language and English Literature, over a period of about 4 months. Of course, we are all delighted. What is more difficult to evidence is the collateral benefit in other subjects which involved more general essay writing and interpretation of questions. Her ability to boost his confidence had benefits across the board. What summed it up was our son's comment to Janet when feeding back his grades, that his only regret was not having her as a tutor for longer. Enough said!

Janet is a wonderful English tutor. She has helped my daughter through her GCSEs and has given her confidence in a subject that she found difficult. The group lessons were relaxed and supportive with immediate feedback. Each lesson was followed up with comprehensive notes and the feedback on the homework is very detailed and helpful. Janet is very engaging with her students and through her enthusiasm makes the subject enjoyable. I have recommended her to friends and will use her tutoring services again in the future.

We’ve recently started tutoring with this company, and I can gladly confirm that they are exceptional in their teaching. I was always hesitant that tutoring wouldn’t help me as much but they make sure to tailor my needs by asking me constantly if I understand the work, and to relay back the information they taught me. An absolute five for Top Marks. My daughter attends the 11 Plus class at their Chingford branch. Atif and team are just wonderful at keeping the kids motivated and disciplined. Work for these exams can be tough for the little ones but my daughter never complains and seems to have learned so much. The academic part is at the core. And it's fantastic to see how they also nurture the ids in other soft skills.

Thanks to the tutors at Top Marks my son managed to pass all three of the 11+ tests he sat. They helped build his confidence and rewarded his efforts. Great tutor, helped some of my family members with their GCSE Maths and Science. Adam really does well connecting with the youth in a language and manner they can relate to. Highly recommended. The only downside is this guy is a West Ham fan.

Adam has been tutoring me for the past two years and has pushed my grade from a 3 to a 7. I have previously gone to a variety of different tutors which i have not found to be as effective as the teaching methods adam has taught me with. I mean where do I start... BT has been a life saver. They were the ones who brought me up to where I am now. Before, I was a dumb idiot.
