I had a problem with a thermostat valve that wouldn't work, so I rang Craig in the morning and he came and put it right for me so I could use my radiator. Very professional, as soon as he arrived he put covers on his boots , mask on and fixed the valve within minutes. Would really recommend him.

I can't recommend Paul enough!!! We have had a nightmare with the original plumber,who fitted us a new bathroom. It was left in a shocking state ,with issues occurring on a daily basis. I contacted Paul,and he came out straight away. Assessed all of the issues,and put our minds at ease. He managed to book us in a few days later with a more than reasonable quote, considering the mess he had to rectify. He arrived promptly on the day as promised and worked efficiently, effectively and methodically. He refitted the bathroom radiator, putting in new pipe work,which was a task due to the state it had been left. Paul has been absolutely 100% in all aspects, quality of work is outstanding and he cares . He has been our knight in a shiny plumbing van ! We can't thank him enough and have no hesitation in hiring him again. We already have another job lined up.

I had a bath removed, walk in shower & taller toilet fitted so I no longer needed a raiser seat. I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better Plumber than Paul. He is a genuinely honest person who lets you know what progress is being made daily & a perfectionist, I cannot fault any of his work, the bathroom looks amazing! He left the work areas clean & tidy daily & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Cannot recommend Paul enough - we had water leaking through our ceiling - Paul fixed the leak and also sorted out our heating in one visit. He's polite, friendly and extremely tidy and fully explains everything he's doing. Will absolutely be using again.

Today we spotted a leak with the pipework on our cylinder. After sharing photos of the problem we had an appointment arranged and quickly got advice to try before the call out. Their advice worked and helped stop any more water damage. Really recommend James and the team, very supportive.

Absolutely lovely! Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done. Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Sorted the problem very sensibly and cheaply for me (smile). Serviced the boiler and all working now. Really lovely guys and felt very comfortable whilst they were there.

I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

My 90 year old parents had a problematic heating system for over two years and had been unable to heat their home satisfactorily, their own plumber had made numerous attempts to resolve the problem without success. I have used JC Plumbing for many years so asked Jack to look at the problem - Jack took less than five minutes to identify the issue and explained to me what work was required. Several days later Hayden spent a day at my parents carrying out the work and the heating system is now brilliant. My father is so pleased and thinks Jack and Hayden have done a great job and I cant remember the house ever getting as warm as it does now. In my opinion JC Plumbing are the best plumbing company in the area and I would have no hesitation recommending them for all your plumbing requirements.

I had Jack from JC Plumbing come to repair my boiler. Not only did he fix it he explained everything about what the fault was and how this had happened and by showing me the problem parts it gave me a better understanding. Also a little thing I noticed was that he brought footwear for inside the house whilst working which was very thoughtful. Definitely recommend and use again 👍

Amazing service. We suffered with heating issues for 2 months under British Gas. They could not solve our issues and it was last Nov and December so very cold. A few days before Xmas we had to move out as it got so cold. I phoned these guys and they came out the next morning and solved the issue within a few hours. They are professional and I wish I had used them to start with. They did a full check and found the problem within 10 minutes. Highly recommend 👌
