Dave is an excellent plumber, heating engineer as well as gas boiler technician. He has worked on my heating system's boiler, valves and electrical control units with proficiency. He does the best for the customer even when, in one case, it meant he recommended a repair being done by the manufacturer as he knew they could do it cheaper. Thoroughly recommended.

Had my Worcester Bosh Greenstar Ri boiler failing to fire up after longer periods of idle. Booked Dave to come around next day. The boiler decided to start working properly, so it was harder to diagnose. Dave gave me a breakdown of what he thought the cause could be - valve malfunction or electrodes. I decided to go ahead and change both. He got the parts and came around to fix the boiler couple days after, and also unblocked my gravity fed hot water pipeline. Happy with the work, talks you through, takes pictures and has a follow up message after couple days to make sure everything is working properly. Gives you plenty of notice if running slightly late, and also 30 min before automated messages when he's on the way. Very pleasant and nice person, would definitely recommend!
