We had an issue with our boiler that turned into a total failure; no heating or hot water. Despite having a busy workload an engineer appeared on the doorstep at around 4pm on a Friday afternoon! We are so grateful for the swift response! Our issue was quickly resolved and the engineer was a really pleasant man. Thank you H2O!!
