My IDEAL ICOS boiler was making a funny noise so I found Stuart on Google and asked for a service. He came that day, identified the issue and went above and beyond the standard service to solve it. Really professional and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!

Our boiler broke over new years and we called Stuart to see if he could come as an emergency call out. He came as soon as he could which we are grateful for considering the cold weather. He informed us that we would need a new boiler and managed to fit us in as quickly as possible to get our heating and hot water back up and running. He even dealt with organising roofers to come as our boiler is in the loft. Stuart is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we would happily recommend him.

I had no heating so I contacted Stuart. He came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, explaining everything as he went along. He is professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Excellent service on such short notice!! We had a leak from under the bathroom sink at half 8 on a Saturday night from a push fit joint on a hot water pipe!! Herts 24/7 plumbing attended within 20/25 mins and had the issue fixed within 1 hour of my initial call!! Out of Hours cost was reasonable compared to other plumbers. Good advice given and he was friendly and knowledgeable!! Thank you so much - we will definitely call on you again for plumbing services!
