I had a new bathroom fitted by Anthony. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He was very polite and punctual and the standard of work was fantastic. I would highly recommend him.

Since I initially reached out to quote for a replacement boiler, Anthony has been energetic, positive and very quick to respond. I also needed a water softener installed but previous engineers provided poor advice. Once Anthony came in to survey, he provided out-of-the-box solutions which more than ticked all of our boxes. After I accepted the competitive quote after customising it with a number of requirements, installation was carried out with minimal intrusion (actually was a pleasure having the gents around); job was done promptly and with a highly professional finish. We'll definitely be reaching out when service is due; hopefully not sooner but I'm confident Hughes will sort any issues if needed!

Anthony came and did our bathroom … it was a bedroom at first so he had to do all the plumbing work first … he then put together the double sink fitted it plus toilet and the bath … which was 2nd one we chose as first was to big .. he fitted it but 4 weeks later hubby decided he hated it so Anthony came back took it out and then came back yet again to fit the new bath the third one … nothing is ever to much trouble he is so professional polite and amazing at his job … we cannot recommend him enough … he is a gem thanks again Anthony ….

Used the quote form on their website to get a few different quotes on different boilers. Was really easy to use, Anthony was so helpful going through the process. I chose the boiler I wanted and he spoke me through everything, was efficient and informative the whole way through. He even took away the old boiler. Will definitely use again.
