Absolutely superb, cannot fault the service in any way. I just moved into a new house with issues regarding wasp nests and rodents in the loft - reached out to Matt with a few photos of the situation, he got in touch straight away and explained clearly what would need to be done. Was onsite quickly, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about which solutions he was using and their safety level for my pregnant wife. Treatment was done and dusted quickly - immediate results, all pests removed and they haven't returned. Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly guy, very knowledgeable, great service.

This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. This company responded immediately and were on standby if any event occurred. Problem was solved within days and then monitored to ensure it was a one off incident. Thank you so much for your help. I am so grateful that Matt saved us from a really awful flea infestation. I was desperate and he dropped everything to help us. He was informative, thorough and reassuring. He kept in touch to make sure the problem was permanently resolved. The dogs have returned to their usual happy selves. Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. Just after one visit we no longer had mice and he came back for 2 more visits after that just to make sure that no more mice returned. Would definitely recommend using Bounty Pest Control.

Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

Mark visits us virtually every year to get rid of regular wasp nests and is always really reliable and accommodating. After getting rid of a hornets nest for us a couple of weeks ago, he came back to shift another wasps nest I'd not previously noticed prior to him arriving. He did this without charge as he didn't have time to do both on his previous visit. Really kind. Would thoroughly recommend his services.

Mark was very thoughtful, planning our job in so that the wasps would be gone by the time schools open as our nest was by a public footpath. As advised the wasps were all gone within two hours and our garden is safe again, very pleased with the service!

I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . I cannot express my thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him for anyone found in a similar situation.First class company 👍🏻😊

Friendly affordable and effective. After finding signs of mice in the kitchen of the house we had recently bought, we got Sid out last summer and he quickly spotted a small opening into the kitchen around the boiler which was padded out. Over winter we heard some noises and noticed some new signs of pests, called him back out to find we had a family of rats in our cellar. Several trips later and another small hole blocked up we are finally free of pests ! Hopefully for good but if they manage through some other way we would definitely have him back and recommend. Very good value cannot fault it in one bit - great communication, honesty, quality, cleanliness, knowledge, all top notch. Thank you so much!

Sid is fantastic. I called him out for some pest issues (suspected mice/ rats) he was with her the following day and has made several visits for her peace of mind to ensure the pests are definitely gone. Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. Piers was amazing from the first phone call. I noticed we had a mouse called him and he was here not long after. Excellent customer service, very professional and very knowledgeable. He could see I was in panic mode and reassured me that it was would be fine. He did a total of 3 visits with the mouse being caught on the second visit. Would happily rate higher if it was an option, he was absolutely brilliant. Worth every penny.

Great experience all round. I've been using a major name company the last 6 years for a rat issue that I was told was just the joys of being by a river... Had to contact this company as my elderly mother found a bed bug! I received a prompt response from Dan and an appointment was arranged. Dan arrived and checked the property and unfortunately found quite a few in her bed boards. He advised us of the next steps and performed a treatment that day, he then rearranged to come the following week where he did a more detailed check everywhere in mums flat and another treatment. (we had got rid of the bed). He ensured that we were happy and understood the process. He has arranged a further appointment to ensure that the horrible visitors have gone.
