We used Tim to help us with a family of foxes that lived in our garden. It was the first time we’d ever had to do something like this and Tim was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know. We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us.
