Christian was friendly and professional, talked us through the process and what to expect. He dealt with both nests, one in the garden and the other in the garage, and was gone within the hour. After noticing a gathering of wasps by our roof, my husband called Steve and in less than two hours, he and his colleague were here exterminating the nest. Wasp guys provide a great service. Found a wasps nest in the garden after noticing a lot of them around a particular tree. Called on Friday afternoon and they sent someone on the Monday afternoon. Very happy with how they dealt with the nest quickly and promised to come back without charge if they had not all gone in two days. Fortunately all sorted first time round.
