I phoned Pro2kil and spoke with Jason on morning of 7th July 2023 regarding a suspected wasps nest in our garden. He was very nice and polite and told me he could come later in the afternoon on same day, which was great! He arrived on time, was very friendly. He went to the chest where many wasps were flying around, opened the door and showed me the nest that was inside. He put on his ‘wasp-buster’ gear and sorted out the problem. It was quick, he told me how long to avoid going in the garden, explained about wasps and how these nests are created. The wasp problem was gone and I was worried they would be back, but almost two weeks later, no sign of them, thanks to Jason’s professional and swift handling. There was no lingering smells from chemical spray used, just area now free of wasps. We highly recommend Jason/ Pro2kil for handling any wasp issues you might have. Excellent, knowledgeable friendly service, and attention to detail. By chance I met Jason again 25yrs after being in the same school year. He was personally canvassing Estate Agents in my area, which to me is a sign of effort & hard work. As a director felt obliged to give him a trial/chance rather than our usual pest controller on the properties we manage.
