I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. He took the time to explain his plan in detail, showing me exactly where the problem areas were and then covered up the holes. I then had a follow-up visit to ensure everything was still sealed and secure, which I thought was a great touch I haven't seen any signs of mice since then.
