I had the best experience working with Stephen and Greenpest (despite the wasp infestation!). Stephen visited the premise within 24 hours of my call and was immediately able to identify the source and returned to take care of the "wasp problem" in a super quick turnaround time. I also really appreciated that he was available for any follow up questions and checked in to make sure that the problem truly was gone! I'm very grateful for the quick and great customer service so I can enjoy my very tiny apartment wasp free!

I contacted greenpest in the morning and they responded quickly. They attended our house in St John’s Woods shortly after. The communication was great and recommendations clearly given. Our issue was with squirrels getting into the house. The matter was dealt with professionally, would highly recommend this service for any issues you may have in your home or business.

Contacted GreenPest for an inspection report at our premises. There were no issues expected but it was good to get the sign off from a professional along with some recommendations for future proofing too. Stephen was an excellent communicator with good timekeeping. He was diligent (which you want from a pest control service) where so many previously have almost sleepwalked through the premises. He took the time to not only make recommendations of possible problem areas but also explain why they could become problematic and how to go about resolving them.
