Excellent from the start. Michaela and Caitlin were responsive and helpful on the phone. Paul was fantastic with his 2 visits for rodent control. Edward (proofing) was legend: never seen a guy work with such care, precision, pride in his work and thoroughness - above and beyond, and tireless.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

Beaver Pest Controller agent Darren has been so amazing , and extremely Helpful and efficient, very polite and professional. He pays attention to detail and make sure you are happy with the service before he leaves . Very informative and knows his job very well when it comes to explaining the cause of why there might be a situations with pest in the house. I would recommend everytime we have a pest problem.
