I called Luke and he came over quite quickly. He is really friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the what he was doing. He has made a number of visits to make sure the problem has been dealt with and if I have contacted him outside of visits he has returned my calls/messages straightway. I would highly recommend him, focuses highly on his clients and service.

Luke is an absolute gent. Not only is he professional but he is caring and has that human touch. Our case was quite a complicated one but Luke was always there for us throughout the process. Brilliant company! Avoid any big chains and use local companies (like Guardian). Used these guys twice for potential bed bugs - where none were found and we just paid a small call out charge and to remove a bees nest where they came same day and sorted the problem - again really cheaply! Great guys who really care and just made the whole stressful situation much more pleasant! If you are around Warrington, this is the best company around (I've looked). I've used bigger companies too which don't show up and charge significantly more for less.

Been using this company for years and they are brilliant, had a wasps nest and they came out within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon. Would very highly recommend this company as professionalism and courtesy is in their DNA. They do what is says on the tin why use anyone else.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Andy has been helping me with a rat issue in my buy to let property and he has been so helpful. This issue has been quite challenging and there has been quite a few attendances to resolve this issue. He is very responsive and I will contact them again if I have any future problems

Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I'd had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they'd done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly - a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they'd uncovered under the floorboards. I can't praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!

Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. He explained everything clearly and was extremely thorough with the property- I am heavily pregnant so it was appreciated that he made such an effort to get it sorted. Brilliant service and really lovely to deal with.

The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

Arthur was very prompt to come out on call and very professional. I'd been previously stung by a large pest control corporation who'd charged me a fortune for very little ant pest control. He came and located the problem ant nest and treated it thoroughly, and was clear about expectations. We also discovered a wasps nest and he treated that on the same call out despite it not being part of the call He came a second time promptlyand flexible and did a second treatment at a secondary site of ants. I cannot fault his service and I feel confident in knowing I can call him again, should I need to, and he will promptly and efficiently act on the issue. Go local with Arthur and avoid these cowboy corporations! Very reasonable prices.

I would definitely recommend contacting Mark at Integrated Pest Solutions for any problems you may need help with. I had an issue I needed a professional to deal with and Mark was really prompt with his response, very knowledgeable and really helpful. A really good contact to have and very confident in recommending him for any pest related issues. I would definitely return to him if needed, top bloke.

We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. Abs came round to quote for bird spike installation on the edge of my roof to deter pigeons. The lads came a few days later to install them. Nice neat job done. Our pest control man Abs was friendly and professional and came round three times over the space of five or six weeks to make sure that our problem was solved, which I can happily say is the case. Reasonable price too, I would definitely recommend.
