I contacted the company Sunday morning, not expecting anything back until Monday, but Luke had replied to me straight away and Monday he had sprayed and finished. super effective, super reliable, he has been checking in with myself daily to make sure everything's under control and he was so polite and at ease. It's people like Luke who deserve to absolutely thrive in business as his customer service is elite, and his company runs efficiently. Luke is an absolute gent. Not only is he professional but he is caring and has that human touch. Our case was quite a complicated one but Luke was always there for us throughout the process. I called Luke and he came over quite quickly. He is really friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the what he was doing. He has made a number of visits to make sure the problem has been dealt with and if I have contacted him outside of visits he has returned my calls/messages straightway.
