We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you

Excellent service from Mark at Copley Pest Control. We had an infestation of mice. We had been ripped off by a previous supposed Pest Control company. On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Neil provided outstanding service, earning a perfect 10/10. His communication was excellent, and he delivered a thorough and comprehensive treatment of the property, exceeding expectations. From beginning to end, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He arrived on time, carefully assessed the situation, and clearly explained the entire process, ensuring I felt comfortable. We had fleas brought in by our cat, and I can’t emphasise enough how grateful we are to Wallace Pest Control. In our opinion ‘5 stars’ isn’t enough! We were relatively in the dark as to what assistance/service was available and had been trying to deal with the situation ourselves with OTC treatments. I won’t deny that it had all got a bit much for me and my stress levels were through the roof, but after reading a couple of reviews online I decided to give Wallace Pest Control a call. I immediately felt reassured and in safe hands, being shown patience and understanding as I was talked through the service offered and what we could expect. My stress levels started to fall away, safe in the knowledge that there was a solution to the situation we found ourselves in. I know that may sound dramatic, but I honestly can’t thank them enough. Kane came out and applied spray and fumigation 2 weeks ago - and so far so good. I’m still very ‘on edge’ and constantly looking for our ‘lodgers’ but as the days pass, without a trace, I’m starting to feel less anxious and (dare I say) tentatively positive that we must now have things under control. Kane told us he’d check in with us to see how things are and I’m hoping I have good news for him. Thanks for all your help so far Kane!

Can’t thank Kane enough, came the same day after we realised we had a wasp nest in our roof. We could hear it through our bathroom ceiling. An hour later all the noise gone and no sign of the wasps going back into the nest. Brilliant Kane, thank you, will definitely recommend to anyone.

We contacted Kane after reading some outstanding reviews on Google. We contacted him on a Sunday and he replied Monday morning and came out to access the problem quickly regarding rats. He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail that he would do from start to finish. He set the cameras up to see where the problem was coming from, he managed to identify the problem very quickly. Kane was very knowledgable and experienced throughout the full process. Ed was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I booked last minute (wasps) and he slotted me into an appointment within a couple of days. Ed arrived on time and spent some time checking for the nest at the property, which turned out to actually be a dead/old nest from earlier on in the year. We have used Aardvark Pest Control a couple of times now. He identified and sorted 2 wasps nests for us at our previous home and has since been to help with what we thought was something sinister in our loft but Ed quickly identified it was a bird and gave us advice on how to stop them from keep entering the loft space. Highly recommended for efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service!

We called Aardvark Pest Control as others on here and rated them highly. Ed came and was very punctual and knowledgeable about the potential signs of a wasp nest in the area. Unfortunately it was a wasted journey for pest control as there wasn't enough evidence of an active nest to treat but kindly there was no call out charge for the visit. My rating reflects the professionalism of Aardvark pest control and is a thank you for the knowledge I have received from their visit.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

I rang John after work hours, thinking it would be a couple of days at least before someone came to see to a wasps nest - he was around within an hour, straight from another job the same evening. John assessed and sorted the problem nest for us within minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable price - would absolutely use Your Pest Assassin again!

I cannot recommend Deane enough! We had an issue with rats and Deane came regularly until the problem was solved. We contacted John after rats found their way into our ceiling. John turned up on the same day, laid some poison in multiple places and returned several times to make sure they were gone. He then blocked up our cavity in our garage to prevent further access. Great service, very reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The service from Topline Pest Control Ltd was brilliant. They provided a quote very quickly, then arranged and completed the work very promptly efficiently and professionally.

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

David and Katie came out promptly, identified the rodent issue and put measures in place to resolve, along with weekly visits until we were pest free. Also recommended preventative measures to stop repeat events along with a contact that helped us put those in place saving future hassle and cost. We had the Atlas team clean out an entire vacant residential block in the middle of town after a window was left open and a flock of pigeons moved in ! You can guess the state of the place ! 😱 Jacob, Phil and the team came in and did a fantastic job of clearing it all, ripping out the carpets and underlay, then giving it a thorough clean ready for refurbishment. I have been super impressed with their communication from when I called their office to require their services to communicating with Craig on a weekly basis. Craig was prompt, polite, professional and gave me peace of mind throughout my small rodent treatment in my home. He helped me solve where the field mouse was entering my property, and luckily eradicated the problem during the second treatment.
